So y'all already know about the letter Alexander sent John after he found out about Martha and he got angry and jealous.
Well, on the original draft of said letter Hamilton writes the paragraph about Martha Manning on third person which shows he was even more pissed off than the final letter let's on.
Draft:
"I sympathize with my friend in the pleasure he must feel from the sweet converse of his dearer part in the inclosed letters"
And this was the final letter:
"I anticipate by sympathy the pleasure you must feel from the sweet converse of your dearer self in the inclosed letters"
I would tell Hamilton to chill, but tbh who wouldn't be pissed.
