Victor

The judgment bells are soon to be rung
I've seen the evening shadows cast on your face
Reminding me of the coming sun
And the need to sing in haste

I hate your good mornings
I'm never there to see how your lips say them
I hate your "have a nice day"
I never really have one anyway

My Victor, you've twisted my daylight desire
Stylishly ignited a fiery nocturnal fire
Afraid your Victoria will expose your weakness
As your vixen, your vicious vampire mistress

I guess you're oblivious to how I shine in the sun
I guess you're not inclined to midday pleasures, afternoon fun
I guess you're not aware of how I laugh during the day
I guess you're not interested or ready, at least to say

I could be Queen of the night, your vampire
I could be Queen of the day, your Victoria
But I really want you to choose the other
I'm tired of ruling only the night, you know what, don't bother

But know this, I hate your good mornings
Cause I'd prefer you said it to my face
I also hate to hide our beauty from the sun
I want both morning and night for grace

So, hurry, Dear Victor
Hurry fellow vampire
I'm being drag back to daylight
And this may not be something you can fight
