The poor soul above me who will get rained on if there's ever a storm in this area has finally introduced herself: Elise. Elise is 22, one year younger than I am. She's more fiery, angry, and brash than Jess was, from what I recall of the woman.
Elise has got a messy mop of tangled dark hair that she refuses to do anything with, but the wild look suits her. She has given off a strong vibe that she's interested in me...sexually, but I've made it clear that nothing can happen between us. That didn't seem to bother her. She's interested in a lot of other guys, too, which makes sleeping beneath her... difficult.
Somehow, this swarm of vicious hornets in the form of a woman has become my... friend? Acquaintance? Something. She follows me everywhere, we eat in the cafeteria together, and we walk around the base constantly. She's not interested at all in my personal life. Instead, she wants to ask existential questions, like "Why do we exist?". As if I have an answer to that.
I'm not introducing her to Trent. I'd rather not hear him hooking up with one of my friends.
Again.
