"why? Nate is going after dark first it is more logical for us to find dark, then again you never did like dark so maybe you don't want to save him"

karasie whirls around and points a sword at her

"SHUT THE HELL UP!"

she smirks and continues

"dark can handle himself, or how about this we can split up?"

willford shakes his head

"that's a bad idea"

"that is really bad"

a chuckle comes out of no where I turn around to see dark I smile wide and hug him

"YOUR OK!"

I feel him hug me back and chuckle 

"yes I'm fine"

I quickly hop off dark and stare at Nate and jump behind dark. dark fixes his suite and stares Nate head on

"we don't have to do this Nate"

"oh yes of course we don't, its not like you KILLED me or anything!"

"you know I couldn't control myself! you shouldn't have provoked me!"

"you know I wouldn't be as mad as I am if you hadn't have ditched blood!"

dark looks down and sighs

"you still loved her though didn't you?"

dark shoots his head up and growls at Nate, he smirks and chuckles and cracks his neck

"oh but she hates you now! you thought it would all be fine if you just ignored her but oh did you make life worse for her! you are such a bad guy! news flash dark no one wants you here! NO ONE LIKES YOU! I'm here to bring back to where you belong.... hell.

dark looks down and huffs then looks back up and fixes his suite

"fine, lets go"

Nate bends down and chuckles and cracks his neck again and loosens his shoulders some 

"lets"

 I gasp as suddenly dark is on the ground and karasie is pointing her sword to him and Nate is holding me I struggle as he sets his hand close to my face and I stop as I watch karasie laughs

"nice team work there Nate, now lets go get blood!"

"NO!"

dark struggles but he ends up getting a sword in the chest Nate throws me to the ground then he punches willford making him fall unconscious, smartines falls to the ground holding her head as the two walk past to where blood must be.

tears stream down my face as I look to dark

"oh god dark are you ok!?"

dark coughs up blood and looks to me I craw over and place my hand on his chest

"its ok I deserve it"

I shake my head but cant get a word out of my mouth. dark sets a hand on my cheek and looks into my eyes

"hey its ok, alright"

he coughs and more blood streams out of mouth and nose. he smiles weakly and says

"monsters are not supposed to have happy endings"

his hand starts to slid and I grab it tightly

"dark?"

darks eyes where the same blackish gray as they always were but there was some light in them and now there wasn't I cry harder and set my hand on his cheek

"dark!"

he doesn't make a move or sound he does, absolutely nothing..

"DARK!"

he was gone and deep inside a part of me was since I felt so bad that he never got a chance to prove he wasn't a monster he thought he was.

I stand up and grab smartines that was staring off into space

"we lost one person but we are not losing anyone else come on!"

she nods and grabs my hand

"lets beat them and save blood and revenge dark!"

I smile at her and she smiles back as we run down the hallway off to save blood and revenge dark
