i awake with a start and shoot up, I'm not in the same place i was.

its dark

to dark...

I am laying down so i get up and stand and look around. as i turn to behind me i see that what looks like a red wall of some sort.

"what is that?"

me being me i walk towards.

i place my hand on the wall and it dissolves but the side of this room is still black and that side red. i go to step in when i see something move from inside it. i step back and study it. i cant see much so i call out to it.

"hello?"

the figure moves slightly but still doesn't answer back or get up. i sigh and say

"where are we, and why are you in this box?"

the figure chuckles, i can tell its female or just a male with a really high pitched voice. the 'girl' gets up and walks into the more lit areas and i gasp

no..

it cant be...

right?

but?

the girl laughs more and says

"surprised? man are you dumb"

i take offense to that, i got to speak but she holds up her hand

"don't tell me your not dumb because you cant get those dwebs to tell you anything, its getting on my nerves"

i just stare at her.

she laughs at me and bangs her hand on the wall and growls making me fall back at her sudden attack

"and to answer your question, you put me in this box, and your in your mind"

i gasp and say

"then why are you in my mind"

she chuckles a low and deep chuckle and gives me a sickening grin

"sorry to burst your bubble ,but i am you, well kind of"

i get back up and mumble

"pretty sure i wouldn't attack myself"

she rolls her eyes at me and turns away, now i can study her, she looks just like me but not at the same time. she has blood red hair and eyes, she wears a blood red dress with some black, some jewelry and some red heels. she looks like she's rich! like damn! i lean my hand on the box wall and say

"will you help me get out of here, or at least explain somethings to me"

she chuckles and stands back up as she leans on the wall, she has bags under her eyes for some reason i go to ask when she starts to speak

"you want out already? you just got here! i'll explain some stuff for ya how about that?"

she raises her eyebrows at me and i smile

"yes that would be nice thank you"

she snorts slightly and leans back while smirking

"ever wonder why the world suddenly changed around you, i mean come on how dumb are you, you get back from the whole incident where your friends just die, and you go to bed, then the whole world suddenly has cars!?"

she has a point, i mean the world just suddenly changed i just went with it but maybe that was just because of my mental state at the time. she continues talking

"and there's phone and all this technology that doesn't happen over night."

"what's your point?"

she snorts and rolls her eyes

"connect the dots sunshine"

i sigh and rub my head after i look up and she's stepping away from me

"why are you stepping away from me?"

she gives me a small smile

"its time you go back"

suddenly the box is gone and all i see is black again
