After years..

After whole 6 years..

I inhale the fresh air of Philippines after I got here.

I push my cart and started to search for my Daddy and Friends again.

May nagbago sa'kin. I'm matured enough. Nakamove on na ako sa mga nangyari noon. Natanggap ko na nawalan talaga ako ng anak. Natanggap ko na lahat lahat.

"Xyra! Here!" I heard my friends screaming and waving. I chuckled. They never did change. They're still my bestfriend.

I go near them. Bumungad sakin ang mga yakap. "H-Hey guys. Stop. I can't breath."

"Ohsht. Sorry, sorry. We're sorry. We're just excited to see you! And now, you're really here in front of us!" Nicole said. We laughed.

I turned my face to my Daddy. He smiled widely.

"Daddy!!!" I said and ran to him. He hugged me so tight.

"You grew enough. You're matured enough, Darling!" Daddy said. I laughed and rolled my eyes.

"Seriously, Daddy? Kakakita lang natin last month." I said. Daddy chuckled.

"You know, I still missed you a lot." Daddy and hugged me again.

"I miss you, too, Daddy." I said and hugged him back.

Daddy let go, and cleared his throat, we chuckled. "Let's go. Someone's waiting for us for a lunch date."

We followed Daddy's order. Dumeretso kami sa isang resto near the airport. It's elite here and expensive.

Kinalabit ko si Kae, "Mauna na kayo. Rest room lang ako." I said and she nodded.

Tiningnan ko ang sign na rest room. Naglakad ako patungo roon. I go inside the bathroom and started to retouch. Hindi ko ksi alam na may kasama pa pala kaming iba para maglunch.

I go outside the bathroom. Pero sa hindi inaasahang pangyayari, I bumped into someone.

"Gosh!" I said when my bag fell.

Agad ko naman itong pinulot at tiningnan kung sino iyong nakanmbunggo sakin.

Pero, agad na bumilis ang tibok ng puso ko ng malaman ko kung sino iyon.

"A-Adrian.." I said. He smiled.

"It's nice to see you again, Xyra. Long time no see." He said. I smiled fake.

"Yeah. Nice to see you again. Uhm, I need to go. My Daddy's waiting for me." I said and left him there.

Hindi pa rin ako maka get over sa nangyari kanina kaya tulala akong naupo sa table namin.

"Nagbathroom muna yung kasama nating mag lunch." Daddy said and I just nodded.

Natulala na naman ako. Thingking about him. After years... I saw him again. We bumped outside the rest rooms. I miss him a lot, inaamin ko, maaring madaming magbago, maaring nakapagmove on na ako sa mga masasamang pangyayari, pero hindi ang pagmahahal ko sa kaniya.

"Girl, bakit ka tulala?" Zyril asked me. Kaya nabaling sa kaniya ang atensyon ko. I smiled akwardly and shrugged.

"W-wala. May naalala lang." I replied. Kahit di siya sangayon, tumango na lang siya. Siguro ayaw niya na lang magtanong.

"He's here!" Dad smiled and stand up. We stand up, too. I looked who he is.

My eyes widened..
