Footsteps approach us faster and faster, louder and louder. The dark night advances above our heads as it feels like an endless journey of terror. Destiny prevented us from escaping as we reached a cliff that seems so endlessly deep.
"Ha! Where are you suppose to go now!" Exclaimed one of the guards.
"I would never expect you to betray us, Li-Han! You have greatly disappointed me!" Yelled another.
"I never had liked the emperor and governmental system here anyways," Li-Han explained.
"How does that have to do with anything of the future Emperor Tai-Zong's concubine!"
"None of your business." Said Li-Han under his breath.
"Stop talking nonsense! Take them back to the royal palace!" The leader of the guard yelled.
Those guards attempted to grab onto my arms as Li-Han fought and push them all aside. He once again looked at me with his passionate lovingly eyes and asked, "Do you trust me?"
I nodded my head.
"On count three,
Jump."
