First day of school.

College.

Nothing's new.

Course? Architecture.

I didn't even want to take that course. I wanted to be a band vocalist. I didn't even want to study anymore but my Dad made me do so.

I'm happy and contented with my band—Mi Amore, because I believe that someday we will shine... sisikat din kami in time... hopefully.

"Hi, handsome!" a strange girl greeted me. Umupo siya sa upuan katabi ko ng hindi man lang nagtatanong kung pupwede ba. Awkward? Hindi ko naman siya kilala tapos makiki-upo na lang siya bigla dito sa amin ng mga kaibigan ko, tapos kakausapin niya pa ako.

My block mates are one of a hell loud and nosy people! Ang iingay ng mga nandito. Mga chismosa pa. Damn, its making my ears bleed! I never liked noise, who wants it anyway?

Pero... bigla na lang parang may anghel na dumaan at natahimik silang lahat. Yeah, weird people, huh? One minute they're loud, then the next thing I know, they're silent as hell.

"Dude, look," siniko ako ni Todd at doon ko nalaman kung bakit nanahimik. Holy... angel ba 'yan?

Literal nga atang may anghel.

No... She's not! Edi kung angel 'yan hindi sana 'yan naka-jumper at sana may pakpak 'yan!

Halos lahat ata ay nakatitig lang sa kanya. She has that charisma and effect. She's not just pretty... she's damn gorgeous. Lakas pa ng appeal. She's together with two boys na sa tingin ko'y type na din kaagad ng mga babae dito.

I don't know how long I was staring at her angelic face, natauhan na lang ako ng ngumiti siya sa akin. What the hell? That was somehow heaven! That smile! Damn it!

It's captivating!

Tunay nga ang love at first sight.

Through out the whole first and second subject I just couldn't get her out of my mind. Damn. First time ko ata maloko ng ganito ng dahil sa isang babae.

So... it's kinda weird... but yeah... I waited for her outside the room. My friends even left me all alone! Where's the support in there, dudes?

"Hi Miss," I said all smiling at her, but her face remained blank and stern. Her face was impassive.

"The name's Stance... short for do I stand a chance from you? Stance Helleno," I thought it was baduy back then, but maybe it could actually be useful this time?

I offered my hand but she just stared at it then back to my face. "Let's go!" sabi niya sa mga kasama niya. Then, she briskly walked away from me! What?! No one has ever walked out on me like that!

Sinabayan ko siya ng paglakad.

"Suplada naman nito oh," I pouted at her. She glanced at me and pouted too. Shit? She's gorgeously cute!

"Ang cute mo, Miss. May I know your name?" but she didn't answer, she walked out on me again!

Days flew by so fast. Sabi ng mga kaibigan ko Daffney daw ang pangalan niya... Daff... nice name huh.

Everyday, it's like my feelings just grew and grew more. Mas lalo ko siyang nagugustuhan. Hindi ko din alam kung bakit? Every little thing she does just makes me want to love her more.
