We are at war,
We are fighting
For this thing
We call love.
We push and pull,
And try to survive.
We hurt each other,
With sticks and stones.
We have completely
Destroyed our heart and soul
Before we realize
A very crucial fact.
No one will win
In the battle for love,
All we have to do
Is surrender.
