Chapter 50: I Miss This

Caitlyn's POV:

*2 days later*

"Good luck at the concert tonight.", I said.

"Thanks.", Harry replied.

"I still can't believe it. It seems like months ago, we had just met and you we're about to leave for the Up All Night tour. Now, we're married and you're on your last tour with your bandmates.", I told him.

"You have a career, too.", Harry said.

"I didn't get it without you. Without you, I wouldn't be where I am right now.", I explained before Harry kissed me and ran onstage.

I grabbed my phone out of my post and saw a text from Brooklyn.

Hi Caitlyn! Perrie, El, and I are at the mall for Girls' Night. Wanna join?

To: Brooklyn

Sure; maybe later though. 1D's concert just started.

From: Brooklyn

Okay. I'll talk to you later!

When the concert was over, Harry ran backstage and hugged me.

"I'm so proud of you.", I said.

"Thanks.", Harry replied.

We kissed for a while, until somebody interrupted us.

"Sorry to interrupt you two lovebirds, but fans are waiting to meet us.", Louis said.

"I'll see you tonight, babe.", Harry whispered.

Harry, Niall, Liam, Louis, and Zayn left the building.

I ran to my car and drove to the mall.

"Hi!", I exclaimed.

"It's been a long time since we last saw each other.", Eleanor said.

"It's been months, maybe even a year or two. It seemed like forever, though.", Brooklyn added.

"It's hard to go shopping or anywhere in the public eye without getting mobbed by fans or the paparazzi.", I said.

"Welcome to the glamorous life of being a celebrity.", Perrie told me.

"Where do you want to shop first?", Eleanor asked.

"Forever 21!", I shouted.

"Let's go!", Brooklyn exclaimed.

All four of us walked to Forever 21. I ran to the makeup aisle, Brooklyn went to look at dresses, Perrie looked for jewelry, and Eleanor looked for shoes.

We were all done shopping at Forever 21 after about thirty minutes.

"I want frozen yogurt!", I shouted.

"Of course you do!", Brooklyn exclaimed.

"After twenty years, your obsession with frozen yogurt still hasn't changed!", Eleanor joked.

We all walked inside Menchie's, hoping that not many people would recognize us.

"What flavor are you going to get?", Brooklyn asked.

"I'm getting a sorbet. Same old, same old.", I explained.

"I'm getting chocolate.", Perrie said.

"I'll get vanilla.", Eleanor said.

"I'm not getting any.", Brooklyn said.

"Are you sure?", I asked,

"Alright. I guess I'll just get a sorbet, too.", Brooklyn answered.
