Chapter 38: Secrets Revealed

"HE DID WHAT?", Eleanor yelled.

"Liam kissed me! ", I shouted back.

"Ooooooh! Harry's gonna get mad!", she exclaimed.

"That's why I'm not telling him.", I said.

After hanging up the phone, I got in the car and drove to Jade and Zac's house.

I knocked on the door and waited for a few minutes, but nobody answered, so I called Jade's cell phone.

"Hello, Caitlyn.", Jade said.

"Where are you, Jade? I came to your house and nobody was there!", I shouted into the phone.

"Zac and the kids are with me. I'm not home because... I'm in the hospital. I'll explain everything later.", Jade told me.

"Okay. I'll be there as fast as I can.", I said before ending the call.

*20 minutes later*

"Jade!", I shouted.

"Hey, Caitlyn.", she said.

"Now, can you please explain what is going on?", I asked.

"You might be upset when I tell you this. I have cancer.", Jade told me.

"WHAT?", I exclaimed.

"How long has this been going on?", I asked.

"I don't know; maybe a month or two.", Jade replied.

"Why didn't you tell me about it?", I shouted.

"I knew you would be upset when you found out.", she said.

"I am upset!", I yelled.

I fell to the floor crying.

Minutes later, somebody walked into the room.

"Harry? What are you doing here?", I asked.

"Zac called me and said that you were upset when you found out Jade's secret.", Harry said.

"You knew about this, too?", I shouted.

"Calm down, Caitlyn..."

"I can't calm down right now! You kept a huge secret from me, and I might lose one of my best friends!", I yelled.

"You won't lose Jade.", Liam said as he walked into the room.

"LIAM? You also knew about Jade's secret?", I shouted.

"I do not want to answer that question.", he said.

"Too bad. You have to answer it.", I replied.

"Fine! I know about what happened to Jade. I was with Harry when he found out.", Liam explained.

"I am so mad at you two right now! You kept a HUGE secret from me. And Harry, I'm very surprised. I never thought you would hide something from me that I obviously needed to know!", I shouted.

"Please, Caitlyn. Just let me explain...", he whispered.

Harry's POV:

"Since we are sharing secrets here, you should know that Caitlyn and I kissed.", Liam said.

"What did you just say?", I asked.

"Caitlyn and I kissed.", Liam told me.
