A/N: Stupid me, I forgot to write chapter sixteen that's why the last chapters of this don't make sense. Here's chapter sixteen! If you want me to write another chapter let me know.

“What are you doing, Grace?” I asked confused and slightly nervous

“Something I should’ve done a long time ago,” Grace replied as she pressed her lips to mine. I quickly pulled away and looked at Grace.

"I’m not dreaming again, am I?”

 "Let’s find out.”

  Grace started kissing me again.

"Frankie,” Jacob asked as he put a box down on the coffee table, “what's going on?”

"I'm just saying hello to Grace.”

“That's a hell of a way to do it”

“I'll go check into a hotel.” Grace chimed in as she started walking out.

“Grace, don't” I replied.

“It's best if I do. I have to call Nick and tell him what happened.”

“I thought you stopped seeing him”

“I should go call him.”

Grace

I sat in my car, staring at the number on my phone. I finally touched the number to call it. I kept saying there'd be no answer.

“Hello,” a mans voice

“damn,” I thought to myself.

“Hey, how are you?” I asked.

“I'm good, are you busy right now?”

“A little. Why?”

“I was planning on coming over.”

“Oh. I wouldn't.”

“Why?”

“I'm in Santa Fe. Visiting Frankie. She's the reason I'm calling, actually.”

“Oh?”

“I kissed her. When I got here.”

There was silence for a moment before Nick hung up. I sighed in frustration and sat in the car for a few more minutes.”

Frankie

“How long have to felt like this, Frankie?” Jacob asked.

“The whole time Grace and I have known each other” I nervously replied.

I heard the door gently close behind me. I turned to see Grace walking toward me.

“How'd it go?” I asked.

“Frankie, we're not done.” Jacob said firmly.

“I'll go…” Grace quickly looked around, “in the kitchen.”
