[Hermione]

Everyone is quite depressed with what happened. So, today, in an attempt to lighten the mood, Ginny and I decided to play wizard chess. Of course I won't play, as if even if I wanted I could. We did convince Bill, Charlie, Ron and Harry, though.

"C'mon Ron, you could atleast let me win!" Bill exclaimed.

"Bill, there is this one puticular thing at which I am better, and you think I will let you win?"

Three hours had passed. Yep, three hours of playing in wizard chess in which every single game that Ron played, which were most of them, very SURPRISINGLY he had won.

Everyone had played a few times, except me. For which everyone was now pressurising me.

"Hermione you have to play!"

"No, I won't," I said quite firmly.

"C'mon Hermione, there isn't anything that you can't do. Prove it." Harry said.

I glared at him, now Harry had took it to the point of my pride where I couldn't refuse anymore.

"Please Hermione?" Ron pleaded, whilist making a very adoarable face, which made it impossible to resist.

"Fine." I said, giving up at last.

"But," I added, "I am definitely not playing with you."

"Why?" He asked, lookin' surprised.

"Because," I told him, "if, I play with you, chances of me winning are zero."

"Don't worry, you'll win," he said grinning.

"How?"

"Just trust me," he said and winked.

Okay, so as suspicious as it looked, there was no way I could back off now.

"Fine."

Thirty minutes later,

"Damn it, I... won?"

I won? No no no, it couldn't be so. Nor could I ever win, nor could Ron ever loose. NO NO NO, RON COULD NEVER LOOSE.

"I won? No, that's not possible, that is absolutely not possible. This is impossible. Something's wrong. Everything's wrong."

"Calm down Hermione, nothing's wrong. You won, I lost."

It just cannot be true!

"No, Ron, but that's not even possible."

"Looks like there is a new player, to beat me."

Ron's definitely up to something.

"No, no, something's wrong."

"C'mon, you are better than me, at everything, even at wizard chess."

Who in their right mind would believe this? However before I could reply-

"Oh stop it, you two. Everyone here knows that Ron lost knowingly."

"No! No she won on her own," replied quite quickly.

"Admit it Ron, She's the only to whom you will willingly loose at chess."

I saw Ron blushing. I could feel my cheeks flushing a deep shade of red with embarrassment themselves.
