Manik got down from the train at Dehradhun station and ran towards Nandini's home. He stopped in front of Murthy Villa. HE was peeking from outside of the house when Ashok came and saw him. So he patted Manik's back from behind. Manik shrugged his shoulder. Ashok again did that. This tune Manik turned backwards with an irritated expression
M: What is...........
He stopped seeing Ashok.
A: What do you want here?
M: Woh..... Woh is this Ashok Murthy's place?
A: Yes I am Ashok Murty only. But who are you? I didn't recognize you.
M: Woh I am from your daughter's college.
A: Woh. Are you student or professor?
M: I am professor.
A: Woh. Which subject do you teach?
M: I teach Biology general knowledge.
A: Woh okay. But what do you want here?
M: Actually we have done a mistake in our class while teaching bronchitis and arthritis. So we are going to every student's place to teach them the right thing.
A: Good good.
Seeing guitar with Manik Ashok asked
A: You are a professor then what are you doing with guitar?
M: Passion.
A: Nice. Come inside. Nandini is in home only.
Manik nodded his head.
Coming in Ashok called for Nandini. Nandini came drawing room where Manik was sitting. She got shocked seeing him there. They both got lost in each other's eyes. While one's eye was showing how much guilty he is and other one's showing how much hurt she was. Their trance broke hearing Ashok's voice.
A: Nandini, look you professor has come.
N: What?
A: Yes, he was saying something that he made some mistake while teaching something. So he came here to solve that.
M: Yes, the thing is Bronchitis is a stupid (remember guys Nandini used to call Manik Bronchitis and Manik used to call her Arthritis) a big time stupid. He thought he will be good without arthritis. Bronchitis thought his life will go good, there won't be any change without arthritis. But now he got to understand that Bronchitis can't live without arthritis. So he is back for a chance. A last chance.
He was saying all this looking at Nandini's eyes. While Ashok got confused hearing this.
A: What are you saying all this?
M: Woh we teach like this only, then student's CA remember them for a long time.
While talking he took out his red handkerchief from pocket which is a signal for Nandini to come at laal pahar. Nandini saw that. Manik pleaded her through eyes. But she didn't tell anything.
A: Oh
M: Okay then my work is done. I am leaving now.
A: Areh how can you leave like this? You have come to our house for the first time. Please have something
M: Not today. Sometimes later. I need to go somewhere else as well.
A: Okay then.
Then Manik went from there. He was waiting for Nandini there. He waited there long but Nandini didn't come. He got heartbroken but he thought himself that it's his punishment.
