Chapter 10

"So what happened..?"

I say laying in bed because I was sick.

"You went a bit haywire..you told Dally to get away from you and cried out for Danny, said he's coming for you. He's gonna hurt you again."

Susan says sitting at the end of my bed.

"You didn't know what was going on.."

Jenny says looking at me concerned.

"I don't know what happened, after that beer I felt weird, and I guess that's when I started going crazy.."

I say shaking my head.

"After the beer..?"

Jenny says crossing her arms and cocks an eyebrow at me.

"Yeah.."

I say looking up at her curiously.

"Well before you guys showed up Susan had a beer. But you didn't feel sick did you?"

Jenny says turning to Susan.

"No.."

She says shaking her head and raises her eyebrows.

"Wait..do you think?"

Susan says to Jenny.

"Yeah.."

Jenny says, her eyes getting wide and she turns to look at me.

"We think maybe Leanne put something in your drink! Maybe like an LSD."

Jenny says getting panicked.

"Wait..your saying that SHE did that to me?"

I say looking at both of them wide eyed.

"I'm mean what else could it have been..?" Jenny says shrugging.

"She wants to get back at us."

Jenny says.

"Or YOU!"

Susan says turning to me and her voice begins to grow louder.

"Because of Dally! She's jealous! She wants to get back at you because he doesn't like her!"

Susan says jumping to her feet.

"So what do we do?"

I say putting my face in my hands and then look up at them.

"We beat her at her own game.."

I say remembering what Dally had said.

They both smirk at me and I give a sly smile.

"Hi.."

Dally says walking into my room.

"Hi."

I say smiling at him.

"How ya holdin up?"

He says keeping his distance.

"Good. Susan and Jenny came by earlier. They told me what happened.."

I say looking at him sadly.

"I'm so sorry Dal..I would never say that to you.."

He looks at me with sorrow and wraps his arms around me.

"I'm sorry..that I scared you. I never wanna do that to you.."

He says holding me tight.

"It wasn't you..it was my dad.."

I say shaking at saying his name.

"So you saw me as your dad?"

He says letting go of me,

"Yeah.."

I say looking down at the floor.

"Who did you see Susan as?"

He says putting his hands on his hips.

"My mom."

I say looking back up at him.

"We figured it out, it was Leanne. She put something in my drink. Whatever it was..it made me see things I didn't wanna see.."

I say shaking my head.

"Wait..that skank put something in your drink!?"

He says angrily.

"Yeah. I mean that's what were guessing, and that's the only thing that makes sense.."

He paces around the room and curses under his breath.

"But we've got a plan."

I say trying to make him calm down.

He stops and looks at me waiting for my response.

"We embarrass her in front of the whole school..were gonna throw a party at Susan's house, and everyone's gonna be there. We plan to get her totally waisted and make her do dumb stuff in front of everybody."

I say smirking at him, he nods his head and then stops.

"What else..?"

He says cocking an eyebrow at me.

"We have to break up.."

His face goes pale and he takes a deep swallow.

"In front of her..it has to be a huge scene..and your gonna take her to the party."

I say getting jealous at my own words.

He walks over to the bed and sits right next to me.

"I can't..she's.."

I cut him off.

"You have too..please. For me. Then she'll leave us alone, will beat her at her own game."

I say holding his hand.

"Were not really gonna break up, were just pretending.."

He looks at my hand in his and then looks back at me.

"Alright..Wronkie." He smirks at me and leans in for a kiss.
