This is the day, the day I've been waiting for my whole life, My graduation day, I had been planning this day for the longest ever and now I can't believe it is here
I had my dress come from Paris cause I wanted to go all out and look the best, it was a light baby pink color and kinda had that bathrobe kinda look, but super flowy bottom

I decided to then do my makeup I wanted to keep it decent and simple nothing to over the top and that meant no eyeshadow just the base and mascara and my brows
after I was done with that I decided to curl my hair to make it wavy and then I was done
I went downstairs to where my mom and dad were waiting for me
"omg sweetie u look beautiful," my mom says as I am descending from the stairs, on the other hand, my dad started taking pictures of me which made me feel 'cool'.
I finally reach the ground and go to my mom and give her a hug
"thank you" I say as I give her a tight hug. When I turned to my step-dad he started to tear up which also made me kinda tear up a little
"don't cry! your gonna make me cry too and then my makeup will be ruined" I say to my step-dad who is now going back to normal
"Its just I can't believe that ur graduating ur so grown up" he says and pulls me into a tight hug which made it kinda hard to breath but it was the last day I will be seeing them its not like I won't seeing them ever again its just I moving out of country so yeah.
"You ready," my step-dad says as he grabs the car keys
"yes..." even though I was waiting for this day forever I was really nervous
our drive to my college was silent but I didn't mind

we make it to college and right off the bat I see Nellie I walk to her
"hey nell" she turns to me and give me a tight hug
"omg hey tess!!" she says and then finally releases me from her hug
"OMG! did fairy godmother come to visit you or something you look so hot" she says and I look down to bury my face in my hands
I finally look up " I mean look at you, nobody in this world would be able to pull off that dress of better than you," I say to make her feel better.
"ok let's grab our seats' she says and pull me by arms I tell her to slow down cuz I was wearing heels

we all had some drinks and enjoyed our time but unfortunately, it was time for me to leave cuz my flight was at 9:30 and it was already 5:45
I had to go home and get my suitcases so then I start saying goodbye to all of my friends most of them knew about me leaving so they got me cards and some of them gave me gifts small one
Nellie decided to come to drop me off at the airport since she knew I would miss her a lot

we got home got my bags and were off to the airport.
"make sure u tell us if u need money don't forget to call us if u ever want to make sure u sleep on time don't go to weird places alone make some new friends and don't go to clubs or late night parties" she finally finishes and look at me I could see in her eyes they were getting glossy meaning she was about to cry
"mom I promise to be safe just don't miss me too much its only gonna make u sadder and I promise t call u every day, "I tell her and put her head to my chest to comfort her
we finally are at the airport and my dad stands in the line for baggage claim and lets me say my goodbyes once again and my mom tells me to be safe and that stuff that when I get a call and see it's my dad calling so I go to the front of the line to spot him and stand next to him there were only 2 people in front of us while waiting my step-dad gave me the stay away from boys talk and all
"dad I promise I won't do stupid stuff, " I say and laugh
our turn finally came I dropped off my bags and then came the time I had to leave I gave everyone a hug.
u better facetime me every day or you'll see ur body in the grave" she says sarcastically and I tell her I will and then leave giving everyone a wave goodbye
