Chapter 10

"Skylar is that you? It's me, Carter, your brother" the guy told me.
I just looked at him confused. I didn't have a brother. I mean we have similarities but I don't we look so alike to be twins. (Quick A/N: So people at my school say me and my friend look like twins. We are not related at all. Just thought I should tell you if some people are thinking that if they look alike they are siblings.)
"Skylar, just find mom. Mom didn't die, she just took me and hid. Find her Skylar. Good luck. I love you." And with that I woke up covered in my own sweat. I woke up to see Sara talking to the doctor. "Skylar, what's wrong?" The doctor asked me. "Nothing" I told him getting up. "When can I get out of here? I want to go home."
"Actually you're all good. You can go now." He said with a warm smile on his face. Sara handed me clothes and said she will be right back. I looked at the clothes and saw that she gave me sweatpants and a t-shirt. I walked into the bathroom and did my business and got changed. I walked out and handed the nurse my hospital gown. I walked out and found Sara. We started walking to the parking lot. Sara told me that Alex was going to start teaching me so he took me to a secret place.

   "Skylar I want you to try and clear your mind." I nodded my head and closed my eyes and cleared away all of my thoughts. "Now just imagine your self holding a ball of fire." I did as he said and then felt a presence in my hand. I opened my eyes and smiled when I saw the fire. Suddenly I felt a pain rip through my arm. Alex seemed to have felt it to because we both fell to the ground. After the pain was gone "Skylar, you should know something."
"What?"
"We are all connected by one person. You are connected to my sister and I'm connected to the wind wolf."
"You just decide to tell me this! Now every time your sister is in pain I have to feel it!" I walked away mad that he didn't tell me sooner. I walked home and felt like organizing all of my stuff so I grabbed my phone and started playing some music. The first song was called Forget You by CeeLo Green.
I started singing along with the music.

When the song was over I finished organizing some of my stuff. I decided to shower tomorrow so I just went to bed. I woke extra early so I decided to get up and shower. I walked into the bathroom and got in the shower turning the temperature to like warm. I washed my body and hair a few times. When I was finished i got out and towel dried my hair. I wrapped a towel around my body and walked out. I was in the closet getting my clothes when the door opened. It scared the shit out of me. I jumped which caused my towel to fall revealing all of my scars.
