A week passed in no time, and today was day the Kang family would arrive in Korea to see me. I was quite nervous, but mostly excited because I'll finally be able to meet my future husband.
I got out of bed and quickly threw on a plain outfit. Father told me some professional stylists will be coming to our house to prepare my makeup and outfit. In that case, I didn't need to do anything myself.
I went downstairs and saw everyone decorating the house and preparing a feast to welcome the Kang family. My mother hired many designers, chefs, waitresses, and maids to help decorate the house.
I will say, they're doing a great job. Everything looks so beautiful.

"You like it honey?" my mother asked once she saw me.
"Yes mom, it's beautiful! I've never seen the house look so good before!" I said.
She laughed, "Wonderful. I'm glad you like it. By the way, your stylists should be here any moment now. Go upstairs and wait for them, okay? I'll let you know when they arrive."
"Alright mom," I nodded and went back upstairs.

3 hours passed and the stylists still weren't here. I was beginning to get worried. What's taking them so long? What if they don't make it in time? The Kang family should be here any minute now.
Suddenly, I heard a knock on my door.
"Come in!" I yelled
The door opened and my mother stepped inside, "Honey, I'm so sorry. The stylists just called me and said they couldn't make it. I think you'll have to get dressed and do your makeup by yourself," She said in disappointment.
"But mom! I can't! I don't own any dresses and I'm clueless when it comes to makeup!" I complained.
"Don't worry honey, you can borrow one of my dresses and make-up kit. It's not that hard to apply, you just need to choose the right shades and blend it well," She said.
