"The moral f this story is that no matter how much we try, no matter how much we want it ... some stories just don't have a happy ending."

Skylar was sitting in her bedroom, door locked, staring at her telephone. But Zion's name never popped up. She had been like that for the last two months.

Zion on the other hand was laying in bed, facing the wall, thinking very deeply about the mistakes he had made.
"Hey daddy..." the girl next to him said, putting her arms around him.
"Why aren't you gone yet?" Zion asked, escaping from her grip and putting his clothes back on. "It isn't called a one night stand for nothing, man."
The girl sighed and got out of bed as well, putting her clothes on and leaving the house.

Zion made himself lie back down on the bed and thought about the girl he still loved, but had left him. He understood why, he made a mistake.

He took his phone and typed in her phone number, but he couldn't press 'call'.

Skylar's pov
I can't be waiting for him no more. I have to let go.

Zion's pov
She will never fucking forgive me. I have to let go.
