Sitting at the balcony, snuggling together with thick blanckies enveloping them was what the two males enjoyed the most after a tiring day at work. Well...for taehyung at least.

The younger didn't work ( taehyung didn't let him ) so he did his part everyday to welcome his loving boyfriend home with a peck on the lips ( *ahem* occasional makeout sessions *ahem* ) , a warm glass of coco and a night long of cuddles. And the older male loved that, it was what got the older male through the day.

The date and time glowed blindingly in the dark apartment, a soft humming resonating through the area. The sound of stirring could be heard when the front door unlocked, something the younger didn't hear.

"Honey!! I'm home" said a low voice, a chuckle following after.

"I'm in the kitchen and stop calling me that cutie patootie"

Warm arms snaked itself around the younger's waist, a faint playful 'ew' blowing into jungkook's ear. A kiss following after. After another. After another. Wet kisses trailing down the earlobe of the younger to the sharp, protruding collarbone of his that was exposing through the baggy shirt the younger was wearing.

Everything was peaceful and nice until a sharp intake of breath was heard throughout the quiet apartment.

The younger could feel the smirk that was playing on taehyung's lips and he so badly wanted to smack that annoying smirk of his lover's face but all those thought was thrown out the window when a soft moan escaped jungkook's lips. A blush creeping onto his cheek.

The elder continued to mark the younger with beautiful purple hickeys he would love to call a masterpiece. His soft nimbling, licks and kisses enough to send jungkook over the edge.

It was as if they were in their own little world, the once hot coco laying on the counter long forgotten as the two lover's lips moved in sync, occasional whimpers leaving the younger's sinful mouth.

Slowly, the younger opened his eyes when they had to pull apart, the oxygen they were sharing running low. Jungkook stared lovingly at his lover, the thought of how he didn't deserve such an angel flashing pass his mind.

While taking in the older's beautiful and perfect complexion, his gaze falls upon the clock that displayed the same blinding red time and date it always shown. His eyes widen by a small fraction, a wide smile cracking up as his eyes lightened up tremendously. This definitely didn't go unnoticed by the older male who was now hugging the younger in his buffed arms, his body swaying the both of them into a calming rhythm.

"Why is my baby suddenly so happy huh?" The older decided to ask, his grip on younger's waist tightening a little bit more.

"It's already 11!!" The younger squealed, his arms flailing around in his boyfriend's tight embrace, "one more hour and it will be New Years!"

"And why are you so happy about New Years?" The older asked, chuckling lightly since he already new why.

"Cuz then you'll finally tell me about that surprise you had for me!!" Jungkook said, a sigh of content leaving his mouth when he falls softly onto the fluffy sofa they had in their living room, " I've been dying since 2 weeks ago and I don't think I can wait any longer~~"

Yes, Taehyung had told Jungkook ( more of slipped ) about the surprise 2 weeks ago when they were walking around in the shopping mall looking at clothes. Since then, the younger had been pestering the older to just tell Jungkook but Taehyung just wouldn't budge. And now here they were, the younger's face resting on his lover's hard chest, hearing his heartbeat while Taehyung spooned the other, a soft melody being hummed.

The two practically cuddled for the next 50mins doing nothing but appreciating each other's presence, one slightly more eager and energy filled than the other.

That one being Jungkook.

And now here they stood at the balcony, a blanket wrapping the both  of them together like duct tape. The both of them looked at the sky expectingly, Taehyung's hand occasionally touching the small box in his back pocket while staring at the younger, who was to oblivious to realise, with so much adoration and love someone like me would find disgusting but cute.

As the time ticked down, fireworks start to appear in the pitch black sky, filling it with life and colours, the contrasting colours leaving both Taehyung and Jungkook in awe.

"Can you tell me now tae? Can you?" The younger asked, his puppy eyes on display as he jumped up and down excitingly.

The younger furrowed his eyebrow when he noticed a quick flash of fear pass Taehyung's beautiful blue eyes. What made him more confused was when Taehyung pulled out something that looked like a box out of his pocket, slow but steadily, he got down on one knee.

That's when everything clicked.

A loud gasp escaped the younger's chapped lips, tears immediately forming in his big brown, doe eyes. His hands made its way up to wipe his salty dews away, his breath shaky and unstable.

" Jungkookie...ever since you came into my life, you made me feel things I've never felt before and it was honestly the best thing that could ever have happened to me. When I laid my eyes on you, the only thing that could pass my mind was " his mine " and I was determine to make that happened. You loved me for who I am and you stayed by me when I needed you the most and I am SOOO gra-grateful for that so if you could make me the happiest man on earth...will you do the pleasure of marrying me?"

A sob resonated the balcony, and when Taehyung looked up he couldn't help but smile widely through his tears when he saw the younger male...the love of his life nodding vigorously at him.

"YES TAEHYUNG! YES!"

The two ended up hugging a bone crushing hug and that was when cheers filled the area. They both looked up and smiled widely when they saw their friends inside their apartment ( don't ask how they got in ) and in the next door apartment where Hoseok lived.

"JUNGKOOKIE SAID YES! HE SAID FREAKING YESSS!"
