Why should I care
When everyone's just a sore?
Why should I love
When no one loves me?
Why should I smile
When no one's there to see?
Why should I sleep
When I'll live the same day?
Why should I talk
When there's nothing to say?
Why should I breathe
When the next breath's the same?
Why should I wait
When the next day's too tame?
Why should I laugh
When there's no one around?
Why should I listen
When there are no more sounds?
Why should I hate
When everyone loves?
Why should I pull
When everyone shoves?
Why should I listen?
Why should I care?
Why should I love
When I'm living a nightmare?
Why should I live?
Why should I breathe?
Why should I reach
When there's nothing to achieve?
Why should I be here
When there's nothing to do?
Why should I live life
When everyone's a robotic crew?
Why should I wake
If the next day's a nightmare?

When the next day won't care?
