It was winter break, I decided to head over to the mountains near the forest. I heard there was cool things there.

It was extremely cold today, so I wore a Wool Jacket, a Beanie, and thick jeans.

I brought a backpack with some things to use, like a sketch book, and some colored pencils. You know, the usual.

It was snowing when I left, I loved the snow.

I walked up the path the mountain had, and I found a perfect spot to sit and draw.

After a while, I got bored, so I walked down the path towards home.

Half way down I noticed something, behind me.

I turned around, to see nothing. I guess I was just seeing things.

I finally arrived back home, and I put my stuff away.

I wanted to go to the bookstore that's not too far from home, so I told my parents I'd be at the Bookstore.

I rode my skateboard to the bookstore, but half way, I noticed the same man. With the black suit and tie.

As I got closer, it started fading away. But something was where it was standing.

It was a note, and it said:
"Always Watching, No Eyes."

"What even is this?" I Said to myself.

I crumbled the paper and threw it away, and kept riding.

I got to the Bookstore, and went inside. A lot of people were sitting down, doing their work at the cafe.

I ordered a coffee, and sat down at a table to read.

"Good read eh? Love that book myself." Someone Said.

I wasn't expecting anyone, so coffee went up my nose.

"Oh, sorry haha, didn't mean to scare you." He said.

"Oh, sorry. I didn't see you come over." I Said.

"No problem, I'm Jake." Jake said.

"Alexa." I said. "So when did you move here?" He asked.

"Two days ago, we came from Texas." I Said.

"Texas is a nice place. But here in Tennessee it's a lot nicer." He said.

We chatted for awhile, until he had to go.

"I'll see you later Alexa." Jake Said waving.

I waved back, and went back to my book.

It was around 6pm, it was getting very dark, so I left.

It was foggier more than I left earlier. So I rode carefully.

About a mile, I was just cruising on my board home, until my board stopped suddenly, and I flew off.

Slamming into the ground, and rolling on the ground wasn't pleasant.

I must've laid there for around ten minutes, cause I woke up facing the sky.

My arm shot up with pain, but I carefully got myself up.

I noticed my arm had a cut on it, that stung like hell.

I picked up my board, and walked the rest of the way.

It was even more foggy than it was ten minutes ago. Even the street lights didn't help.

I always took a shortcut through the woods, so I took the shortcut. So I could treat my wound faster.

Leaves and sticks crunched under my boots, until I heard a whisper.
