A New Power

Y/N POV
It's finally time for the first round of tournament, Jaune has a plan to put me in the bonus round, but until then we all fight as a team.
Oobleck: up first we have team JNPR with their fifth fighter Y/N L/N, they will be up against team MRNS (Marines), with their fifth fighter, David Callaghan
Port: both teams have 5 fighters, this could go incredibly wrong or well
The arena was set up, the bell rang and it was game on. I knew who my target was, David is a fifth fighter for a reason, and I want to see why. I grew my wings and I went at him like a bullet. I was moving so quick I didn't think he would be able to hit me, he then jumped over me and dropped me into the ground. I got up and he landed behind me, I then launched off the ground to hit him, he then moved to the side and kicked me in the stomach.
3rd POV
David: so what's the reason you're the fifth member
Y/N: things I've done, I can see why you're a fifth fighter
The others were balanced with who they were fighting, Jaune was using his training to his advantage, but the guy he's fighting is like a tank, he barely moved this entire fight, Pyrrha is fighting some other girl, got to say, it's like watching two mixed martial artists going at it. Nora and Ren were together fighting the powerhouse and stealth of their team.
David: don't worry about your friends, I'm your main target, I can see it in your eyes
Y/N: smart guy...
Y/N made his wings come out and charged David. David went to punch Y/N, but he grabbed David's punch and threw him to the ground. Y/N flew up and came down like a bullet. David back flipped out of the way and then kicked Y/N as he was coming down. Y/N went back a few feet and launched at David.
David: you're quick I'll give you that
Y/N: and you're already the strongest fucker I've ever fought
David: so we fight until the end
Y/N: for a guy who's kicking my ass.....you aren't that bad
David: yeah we should get a coffee when this is done
Y/N: loser pays
David: deal
Nora: NOW IS NOT THE TIME
Y/N and David got in their battle stances and charge at eachother, their fighting was incredible. Every punch made a shockwave, making a loud boom.
David landed a hit on Y/N sending him flying. Y/N looked up at him, his face all bloodied, he then got up wobbling. David then charged and jumped towards Y/N, Y/N closed his eyes and grew a smirk.
Pyrrha POV
I finally was able to get the aura down on my opponent, I looked over to see Y/N smirking and his opponent flying towards him. All I saw were these tendril things coming out of Y/N's back, they grabbed David and started throwing him around, Y/N then lifted him up and smashed him into the ground, putting his aura in the red
Me: Y/N??
Y/N: Pyrrha, I didn't expect it to work.
Port: and the winner is team JNPR and Y/N L/N
Y/N POV
I walked over to David and helped him up
David: I won't lie, but you got me there, I didn't know what you were planning
Me: to be honest I didn't know what I was planning either, I just went with the first thing that came to mind
David: alright, I owe you a coffee
Me: man that would be damn good right now
Pyrrha POV
Jaune: haha, looks like Y/N finally made a friend outside of the team
Nora: they were talking during the battle so I can't see why not
Ren: should we follow?
Me: nah, let's go get some food, Y/N will meet up with us at the dorm
