"Congratulations." The Chinese couple shook both of our hands. We murmured our thanks bago kami pumunta sa gitna.

 

"And now, ladies and gentlemen, we will now witness, the first dance of our newly wedded couple."

Xander took my hand and held my waist. Nakangiti siya habang tinititigan ako. Hindi ko na rin mapigilang hindi mapangiti sa inaasta niya.

 

 

"Happy?" I asked him. He cocked his head in one side before grinning.

 

"Ecstatic Mrs. Montreal. Thank you." Natawa na lang ako sa sinabi niya before he kisses me again and swayed me into the music.

I rested my head on his chest, inhaling his scent as we danced into the music. I felt Xander kissed the top of my head and he tightened his hug.

 

"Hindi mo ba talaga naalala?" he said after a while. Tiningala ko siya.

"Yung punong mangga? Sa tapat ng parke sa likod ng simbahan?" tumaas ang kilay ko. Ano bang sinasabi niya?
