Once In A Lifetime (b.c.)

Chapter 10

Jason's POV

I tried to go to sleep but I just couldn't. I was worried Mitch would take Alyssa away from me. Her body started getting really hot and sweaty. I saw a tear run down her face. What the hell? What's going on? I tried shaking her.

"Alyssa! Alyssa!" I yelled. She was fast asleep. What? What's happening? I decided to just let it go. (Hehe. Frozen reference xD) and go back to sleep. After a bit, I figured there was No chance of me falling back asleep so, I pulled out my phone. The screen read '1 New Message: Mitch'. I unlocked my phone and looked at it.

'Can you please tell Alyssa I said I'm sorry? I've been texting and calling her phone but she won't answer me.'

No wonder she's not talking to him. 1) He's being really annoying and 2) he made her cry. What a jerk! Alyssa started to move around and a couple seconds after, she sat up. "Are you OK Alyssa?" I asked wondering what was wrong. "Yeah, it was just a dream." she responded trying to calm me down.

It looked more like she just woke up from a nightmare not a dream. "Mitch texted me. He told me to tell you that he's sorry." She shook her head. "He didn't even do anything. It was me." she stated.

Not again with this "it's not him it's me" crap. "What exactly happened between you two?" "So, I was with him and he almost kissed me and I said I just wanted to be friends and that's when I walked into my room and started crying." Wow. Mitch would be the one to try and kiss her but she was here with me now and that's all that matters. I do admit, I was a little jealous of how Mitch and Alyssa spent every second together but I swear, I'm over it.

"Jason." I loved when she said my name. (Not like that you dirty, dirty people.) "Yeah?" I asked. "Thanks for helping me. You know you didn't have to right?" she questioned. "I know but I could never leave you to rot away in your room." I stated. She motioned her finger for me to come closer. I leaned my head down then, she grabbed my face and kissed me.

I would like to apologize to you guys for two things.

1) This chapter took way more than a week to write.

2) It's so short.

I'm really really sorry if you guys got irritated or mad with me. I completely understand. But maybe, just maybe I will have a little surprise for you towards the ending next week. ;) I love you all so much <3<3<3
