Chapter 5

Mitch's POV

As we pulled onto the highway, I looked back at Alyssa. She was fast asleep. I told Blythe to pull over, she knodded her head. I got out of the passenger's seat and asked Skylar to switch spots with me so I could sit next to Alyssa. She hesitated but then gave me a knod of approval.

Alyssa had been sleeping on Sky's shoulder so when I sat down, her head was rested on my shoulder. I started stroking her hair, but apparently she felt it because she started to flutter her eyes open. I smiled as she stared back at me.

"Where's Skylar?" she wispered. I pointed to the passenger's seat. "We switched seats so I could be next to you. I wanted to ask a couple questions when you woke up." "Ask away" she replied. "Ok, so first, what happened at the waterpark?" "Me and Emily got into...a fight, I guess you could call it. It was about.....umm...you."

She looked REALLY nervous. "What about me?" I questioned. "Emily says we're spending too much time together and that she wanted to be with both of us" she explained. "So, she's been avoiding us because she wants to hang out with us? Duh! She should've just asked. I would've been fine with it!" I almost yelled. "Mitch, I need to tell you something really serious. When I was in the bathroom at the waterpark, I...umm...found a piece of....umm glass on the floor an I...umm kinda cut my thighs."

She started to cry into my chest. "Shhhh, baby girl. Please don't cry. Just please, please don't do it again." I reassured her. She picked her head up and looked at me with this strange look in her eyes, like she was surprised I would ever forgive her. I started to lean in and so did she. Within a matter of seconds, we kissed. It was amazing. I swear, sparks flew and fireworks boomed. I heard Skylar let out an "oooo". I rolled my eyes.

"That was amazing Alyssa." I told her. Her lips were like beautiful, pink, fluffy clouds. Every time we touched, I got this kinda rush.(One Direction reference^.^) We cuddled the rest of the way home.

~le time skip~ She fell back asleep in the car so, when we got home, I had to carry her inside. I set her down on the couch. Her eyes fluttered a bit but, she stayed still. I walked into my room to find both Jerome and Emily inside. Emily walked up to me and told me to sit down so they could talk to me. Oh no.

Oh my gosh you guys, thank you so much for being so patient with me!! I am such a procrastinator and every time I would go to my phone to type more of the story, I would say to myslef "Oh i'll just do it in an hour or a day" I just want to thank you guys for being so damn patient.
