Chapter Nineteen

It's been the next day and you and Jungkook are still hanging out.

"Wait, so your uncle did that?" He asked, his eyes slightly widened. You nodded, "he mistook me for a trashcan."

Jungkook laughed, "well, you are one after all." You chuckled, "yup that's ri-- hey!" He laughed.

"I'm kidding," he took a sip from his drink, you sighed in relief. "Maybe." He joked. You playfully rolled your eyes.

"y/n-ssi!" Taehyung yelled, making both of you turn your heads.

"We were supposed to hangout, remember?"

"Shit, sorry Tae, I completely forgot." He scoffed, "it's fine," he slowly turned his head and saw Jungkook.

"Oh, you guys are good now?" He asked. You nodded in response and Jungkook stayed silent.

"Anyways, shall we go?" Tae asked. "O-Oh, umm.." you slowly glanced at Jungkook then to Taehyung.

"Maybe..Jungkook can come with us?" You asked, hopping for a yes. Taehyung looked at Jungkook with no emotions yet he smiled, "sure, I don't mind."

"Come on, Jungkook." You said, giving him a smile. He smiled sheepishly and shook his head, "no, no, you two go on without me." He said.

Deep down, Jungkook said yes, yet he couldn't.

You pouted, "come onnn.." Jungkook shook his head, "I'm sorry y/n,"

"I can't believe I went with them." Jungkook thought while you and Taehyung were looking at sea shells.

"Look, y/n." He showed you a light pink shell. Your eyes slightly widened, "its beautiful, Tae." You said.

Taehyung chuckled, "just like you," he mumbled. You raised a brow, "what did you say?" He shook his head, smiling at you.

You may not have heard but Jungkook did. Deep inside him, he knew this wasn't just a hangout. It was a date.

"I'll go get ice cream," Taehyung said as he started walking away.

The only thing Jungkook was listening to was the peaceful sound of the ocean waves.

You sat down beside him on the sand, "what're you doing?" You asked, wrapping your hands around your legs.

"Just..listening to the ocean." He said, looking at you. You couldn't help but chuckle, "are you trying to act cool around girls again?"

His eyes widened, "w-what?! Of course not," he denied. You rolled your eyes,

"believe me, there have been about 20 girls that have passed by and no girl has passed by without taking a single glance at you. Even some did more than 5 glances. Not to mention the people low key obviously taking pictures of you."

Jungkook chuckled, "am I that good looking?" You gagged, "I think I'm going to be sick." You joked.

"Ha ha, very funny." Jungkook said. You laughed, "oh come on," he didn't answer or look at you.

You pouted, clinging onto his arm, "Jungkook, I was just jokingggg." You said. Yet he was still ignoring you.

He bit his lip, trying to avoid showing a smile. You rested your head on his arm, "Jungkoook," you whined.

He couldn't help but get startled by your actions. He cleared his throat, "I may consider accepting your apology."

You raised your eyebrows, "really?" He nodded and stood up, "please get up," he said.

You didn't know exactly why he was asking you, but you followed as told anyway.

He suddenly carried you bridal style and dropped you to the shore. "Jungkook!" You yelled loudly as you stood up, your clothes soaking wet.

Jungkook was busy laughing his ass off. You glared at him and ran towards him, he was busy laughing so he didn't realize you moving behind him.

You pushed him to the ocean, making him tumble and fall. You laughed, "I see now, it is funny."

He ran towards you and grabbed your hands, trying to drag you to the shore. You both landed on the not-so deep water.

Jungkook landed on top of you and you both laughed. Jungkook slowly started to stop laughing when he realized,

He helped you up and you both walked backed. Taehyung came back with two cones on his hands, "I couldn't really carry three cones so I ate mine early--" he paused.

"Alright, so this may sound wrong, but why are you two..wet?" He asked.

alright so i just want to ask if you guys want this book to be 'long' ? i noticed how book 1 was and how things escalated so quickly, so do you guys mind me making this book a 'little' long?

i don't want you guys getting bored of this book especially if it takes so long to finish.
