The Witch of Ice

I woke up startled... I can't remember what my dream was.. Pero sigurado ako sa isang pares ng mata na kulay gold at silver sa panaginip ko.. Kung sino man yung tao na may mismatched na kulay ng mga mata sa panaginip ko, hindi maganda ang kutob ko..

I shake off the feeling of uneasiness and decided to take a shower instead.. I don't wanna be late for school you know...

Napatingin ako sa salamin.. A reflection of a beautiful girl stared back at me in the mirror... Perfect eyebrows. Electric blue eyes. Pointed nose. And rosy lips..

Napasimangot ako.. Why do I have to be so different?? I hate too much attention, and this face of mine is screaming the opposite.. Im unnaturally pretty.. This is not the work of plastic surgery. This is actually the work of magic.. Yeah you read it right.. Magic.. Obvious naman siguro sa title na tungkol sa magic ang story ko right??

Im actually a witch. Yeah shocker. And since magic is running in my blood, I'm this pretty, because everything that magic touches becomes unbelievably beautiful in nature. So yeah, having a wizard for a father and a witch for a mother, passed down this magical perfect genes..

Anyway, after kong magsuot ng loshang na pares ng mga damit, black contact lenses, nerdy glasses, at itaas ang buhok ko into a messy bun, because swear, I had terrible experiences because of this pretty face of mine during highschool, I hurriedly headed downstairs..

Pagkababa ko ng hagdan, agad akong sinalubong ni Snow, my beloved pet cat.. I tickled her under her chin, and she yawned widely, showing off a carnivorous mouth, pink gums, and large white fangs.. Hehe ang cute talaga ni Snow!! Lalaruin ko pa sana si Snow nung biglang maagaw ng mabangong amoy mula sa kusina ang atensyon ko.. Pancakes?? Yes! Pancakes for breakfast... 

I excitedly hurried to the kitchen, Snow followed me on silent paws..

Akala ko si mommy ang nagluluto sa kusina kaso isang pigura ng matangkad na lalaki ang inabutan kong abala sa pagluluto doon.. Cobalt??? Bakit narito sya?? Nasaan si mommy???

"Colby!!!" bati ko sa nakatatanda kong kapatid

Nilingon nya ko tapos dedma na ulit.. Ang sungit talaga.. =3=

"Nasaan si Mommy??" tanong ko

"Aralon..." tipid nyang sagot

Aralon..? May importante nanaman bang misyon si mommy sa mundo na yun??

Tumango na lang ako kay Cobalt saka kumuha ng freshmilk sa ref.. Agad akong nagsalin sa baso and then I poured the rest on Snow's bowl..

"Masyado mong ini-spoiled ang tigreng yan.." komento ni Cobalt sa ginawa ko..

Di ko sya sinagot.. At hehe, opo white tiger si Snow.. She's my cute adult white tiger pet.. ^__^

Naglapag ng pinggan ng pancakes si Cobalt sa mesa so I started digging my fave breakfast..

"Colby bakit ka nga pala nandito??" tanong ko

Magkaiba kasi kami ng school ni Cobalt.. Second year college na sya sa Aurum Magique University sa mundo ng Aralon.. Ako naman, kahit isa akong witch, I don't practice magic, dito ako nag-aaral sa isang normal university taking up architecture...

"Binilin ni Mom na bantayan kita ngayong araw.." yun lang ang naging sagot nya

Napasimangot ako nung kinuha nya yung baso ng gatas na iniinom ko kanina at sya ang umubos..
