Third Person's P.O.V

Kim seokjin couldn't pinpoint when all of that started, when he became so insecure to the least problematic matters.

Say, for instance, he has been disengaging himself from any social interaction that included members. Why? Simply because he wants to.

The six men didn't care, for a fact, Yoongi was almost grateful for the fact that Jin had shut up for a day. A day that turned into weeks and weeks that turned into months.

Yet Jin never failed to fulfill his duties as a mother- that wasn't the right term. He was never a mother, to begin with, he was... a servant.

He allowed himself once to take a problem he had not caused in exchange for the safety of Jeon Jungkook.

The problem was, one of the boys had forgotten to lock the Bighit practice room along with the entrance to Bighit which ended up being trespassed on and vandalised.

An envision from the nights incident:

The mirrors had been shattered by a bat leaving a pool of infinite shards on the floor, across the walls sprayed in a neon green were immense nasty comments like 'Fuck you Bighit' or 'Dumb-fucks' and heck there was even a satanic pentagram plastered in the middle of the floor.

That was all the damage there was, it didn't seem that the culprits had wanted to do much more to the practice room and every other room for that matter.

But when CEO Bang found out from one of the employees that apparently someone came to practice late last night and forgot to do their one god-damn job when they leave Bighit, he instantly called Namjoon up and told him that they all had to arrive at the Bighit practice room in less than an hour.

When they arrived, CEO Bang Shi Hyuk looked at each of them before beginning his questions. "Last night at around 1:03 am. One of you were still roaming in this building." He paused only to look at the expressions on each of the seven men's faces. He continued "The staff have informed me that one of you lot, forgot to lock up the place before leaving." He looked every member in the eye "who was it."

Each of the Bangtan members stood motionless as the CEO thoroughly checked their faces for any reactions, Jungguk being that ostentatious performer he is, just tried to hide his guilt and play it clueless.

Jin was recalling that event, surely it was Jungguk? He specifically remembered waiting up for the maknae so very late despite himself being tired and needing proper rest, he just couldn't bear to sleep off the thought that the maknae's hyung had left him in the Bighit studio by himself. Although he wanted to go pick up the little man, he didn't have a car.

The thought of running in the fully dim lit moon filled Jin's mind, he knew his way. But he needed to calculate how long it would take him to get there and plus walking back. He remembers walking to his phone and dialling Jungguk's number numerous of times before setting it aside and thinking of possible solutions.

It hit him hard when he realised 'how was he going to get back?' Jin internally shrieked on the inside and hated himself for being irresponsible.

After an hour, Jin was stretched on the floor, not trying to sleep, it was for his own punishment, for leaving early with Namjoon and Hoseok because they were starving, he remembers it all clearly. It was Jungguk's fault. And Jin wasn't going to allow anything to happen to the youngling.

Jin took the blame, he took the scolding, he took the punishment which was to clean the practice room.

He distinctly remembers bawling his eyes out during his attempt to scrub off the neon spray comments because of muffled comments he heard his own friends say and the glares he received from the rest of the members when he submitted to a lie.

Remembering the realistic disbelief in Jungguk's face when he walked off hurt him even more.

The glass mirrors were going to replace within a week, giving a week off for Bangtan as Producer Bang had to explain the cause of the sudden intrusion within Bighit to the social media.

The most painful feeling Jin felt after the tortured hours spent within the locked doors of the practice room was the next day when he was confronted about taking the blame.

Jin remembers it all well.

Jungkook had furiously entered Yoongi and Jin's room, he closed the door behind before walking up to the tired and weak older man who was sitting, back against the wall on his bed and shouted: "WHY THE FUCK DID YOU TAKE THE BLAME?!" Fury and annoyance were all you could read from his facial.

"Wh-what do you mean?" However, this seemed to 'provoke' the younger man as he gritted out the next line

"Don't. You. Ever. Fucking. Take. My. Blames. I practically got scolded by Jimin and Hoseok! You knew it fucking well that it was me! Everyone knew that! And they said I wasn't ever allowed to practice at midnight all because of you confessing for something I did! I can very much look after myself Jin! Thank you very much!" Sarcasm never failed to drip from younger male's voice.

By that time, Jin was too scared to even fight back as Jungguk gripped his collar and pulled him harshly close, close enough for Jin to feel his breath, "Stop taking shit for the sake of others! It's what I hate about you!" Before pushing Jin back into his spot and leaving without another word or even a look at the now slowly, but surely crying man.

From then on, Jin became quiet. He only did what he was told to do, he only ever interacted with the members on camera, he only smiled when the members laughed.

And he only cried when he was alone.

This routine was the only thing that kept himself at a safe distance from the members.

Jin truly was dying on the inside, and nobody noticed.

Or probably no one cared.
