Tonight, I'm going to tell my sister that I'm gay for Everett Swan. I don't want to hide any secrets from her because we shared a very close bond together. She's very loving and caring just like my mom.
I know that she won't judge me no matter what. But I can't avoid this feeling of nervousness that's creeping into my system.
"What's up?"
I ask my secret to come to my bedroom after dinner.
"I want to tell you something."
She suddenly got serious and give me one of those encouraging look.
"Well. How to say this?"
I'm suddenly lost for words. Damn, I have already rehearsed this stupid line.
"I'm gay I mean no, yes,no...."
"What?"
I'm also confused. I need to properly explain this.
"What I mean is that I'm gay only for Everett"
She bloody scream like a chainsaw is running after her. Good thing it's just me and her tonight because mom and dad attended a company party.
"And wait, before anything else, we're dating for a month now"
"OMG Paul, it's so cliche just like one of those fanfic online"
"I know, but we're not boyfriends, yet"
I said, putting a quotation with the word yet.
"Why????"
"What's important is that we're happy"
My sister hugs me just like a mother bear to her cub.
"When are you going to tell mom and dad, and of course Austin.
They won't mind that you're gay."
"Yes, that's why I love you guys. Tomorrow I will tell them"
Lilly suddenly froze and look into my eyes.
"Did you tell Everett about that bitch?"
"Not yet, it's not important anyway"
"It is, he needs to protect you from her"
She looks really angry right now and it looks so cute.
" I'm a guy and she's just a girl, no offense"
She pouts her lips and flip her hands.
"None taken, just be careful"
"Yes, my dear sister"
She shocks me by giving me the middle finger.
"Ouch"
My sister is just out of this world.
We watch Phineas and Ferb all night long.
It's feels great to share one of your secrets. It's like a burden had been lifted on your shoulder.
Tomorrow
Mission: tell mom and dad that I'm gay.
