Shawns POV:
I'm actually so glad that Luc doesn't have time today because now I can spend the whole time alone with Maggie. I could ask her if she wants to do a sleepover. I'll text her. Why am I so excited ? We always spend time together. Okey actually I know why I'm nervous. I have a crush on her since the 3rd grade! I'm just scared to make a move. She doesn't seem to like me that way and I don't want to loose her as a best friend. But just the thought of her with this asshole Jackson, who always flirts with her, makes me so angry.
I'm still in school because I'm going to perform my own song at a school festival soon, I'm going to practice in the music room of our school. My own song! I'm so excited but I haven't told anyone yet. I stop walking when I hear someone playing the piano beautifully. I listen a bit longer, it's really good.
I decided to go in only to see Leah sitting there. "Why is it so hard to tell him..." she sighs. What does she mean? Tell who, what? I knock at the door acting like I didn't already stand there. "Hey Leah what are you still doing here ?" I say smiling while sitting down next to her on a chair. She turns around surprised and snaps " I could ask you the same". "Woah what's wrong? You okey?" I ask "Yeah I'm good, sorry " she answers.
I quickly look at my phone to see if Maggie replied, she still didn't but she read it. Is she mad at me? It's almost 4. "So what are you doing here?" Leah questions. "Oh, about that I can't tell you yet but you will see. " I say smiling. "Okey" she answers confused.
"Anyways, I didn't know that your are so good at playing piano, you just startet learning, didn't you ?" "You really think I'm that good ? Well thank you!" she says happily. Maybe I could ask her if she wants to write a song with me? A piano would definitely sound good.
We are just sitting there talking and Leah shows me how to play. Time flys and it's already 9 o'clock. Maggie still didn't answer me. That's weird. Should I go and look for her? "Hey Shawn?" Leah asks quietly not looking into my eyes. "Yes ?" "Ähmm I...I mean...you know..you...ähhm" she stutters.
