There's a junior from our school manning the booth.We say our shoe sizes,he gets us shoes,and head to the rink.

We start skating,at first.I'm afraid to get on the rink.

D-come on Wendy it's not that hard.He's laughing and tryna get me in the rink.

W-yes it is Dwyane.I whine.

D-what are you afraid of?

W-falling.

D- I already told you I got you.

W-ok.

And let him take me.We were gliding and laughing andhaving a great time when I receive a text.

It's Mikel.

I tell Dwyane I need to use the bathroom.

M-Hey wanna come over???

W-can't

M-why?!?!I miss you.us.I wanna talk.

W- I do too but I can't come over right now.

M-do your homework sunday night.

W-Im not doing homework.

M-then what the hell are you going.

W-im out.

M-with Rosie???

He didn't respond after that.I must've hurt his feelings.I head back over to Dwyane.

D-hey I missed you.

I'm hearing that alot today.

D-are you hungry?

We go over and order pizza and drinks.

As we're eating we're just talking.He makes me laugh I make him laugh.

D-Wendy I'm having a great time but it's time to take you home.

W-really it's ten already?

D-yea.Let me text my cousin.

He sends a text.

We then head over to skate rental to get our shoes.

The guy that was there earlier is replaced by a blond girl with green eyes.The girl working there looks up at Dwyane and immediately starts flirting.Dont you see me right here?He isn't flirting back,hes not even acknowledging her.She FINALLY notices me.

Employee-What size?She says rudely

W-11 1/2

E-big ass feet she mumbles

W-if you gon talk,talk so I can here you.Say what you said again and see if I won't come over there.I outta get you fired like gun.

D-dont talk to her like that.In fact we shouldn't waste time on you,get these shoes from my girl and keep it moving.But just know you should probably start looking for a new job,cuz we gon complain the roof off this place.

She was so shocked she took my shoes gave me my real shoes back, and we left.But did I hear Dwyane correctly?He called me his girl.!!!!!!!!!

As we walked off I was smiling.we get in the car.

D-why you smiling.He says,also,smiling.

W-you called me your girl.I blush.

D-oh that,haha,I was meaning to ask you.Will you be my girl friend.

W-ummm,why not?

We laugh.
