Both Mingyu and Wonwoo are at an aquarium, and they are in the 'Touch A Sea Creature Room.' and a baby starfish wont leave the tip of Mingyu's finger, and Wonwoo thought that was just too cute and decided to take a picture of it for the scrapbook.
