If you plan on having pups it is wise to choose what from you will be staying for the duration of pregnancy, you must pick very early on and stay in chosen form the whole time as shifting back and forth results in loss of pregnancy and physical harm to yourself, if you stay in your human form you will birth a human looking baby and depending on genetics your baby will shift a few day or a few years later.
If you choose your wolf form for your pregnancy the likelihood of having multiple pups is doubled as your body will better handle it in that form and they will be born in their wolf form but if you mate with a human it's a 50/50 shot that your baby will be born in human form depending on what gene took over so it's best to stay In your human form if you mate with a human
