I sigh and rub my face slightly, it's the first day of Luna Nova Academy for the year. Which means another boring year of being the top student in mythical creatures. I look in the mirror to see my wolf ears sticking out from my h/l, h/c hair, my e/c eyes twitch slightly from annoyance 'these are the only reason I'm good at mythical creatures, if they weren't so drawn to me I wouldn't have to learn about them as much' I sigh quietly calming down.

My ears twitch as I hear a yawn behind me. I look behind me and see my puppy Aero. He stretches in his green dog bed and looks at me happily. I smile at him slightly and ruffle the fur on the top of his head lightly, he barks at me playfully

"Want some food?" I ask him walking out from my bedroom, he barks in agreement "okay do you want dry food, wet food, both, or some of my food" he barks "okay you can have all of it, but if you get fat don't blame me" I tease laughing, he huffs at me slightly "who taught you that language?" I ask seriously. His eyes widen slightly and runs into the kitchen. I walk to the kitchen and see him sitting there 'casually' "Aero" I say sternly walking to the stove "who taught you that?" I said raising a brow and preparing the food, he barks frantically "okay, calm down! So it was Mary?" I drag a s/c down my face "I let her take care of him one time and this happens" I mumble to myself "listen Aero, you're not allowed to say that word, it's very bad" I say slowly he sighs in agreement and I smile "okay so do you want bacon and eggs?" I ask smiling at him he nods and sits on his chair of the table.

-Small timeskip-

We both finish breakfast and Aero barks at me in gratitude, I look at him and put my hand out the window to see how cold it is. Which is pretty cold, but not too cold. I decide that I should make Aero wear his scarf just in case. I hold my uniform out and sigh deciding to put it on once I'm there. I throw my uniforms into my backpack. I hear Aero bark and look back at him to see a small witch hat on his head, I chuckle lightly and put it into the bag like he asked, I already have some essentials in the bag. I grab a beanie that has a wolf on the front and place it over my head hiding my ears

"Ok, you ready to go?" I asked making sure we didn't forget anything, he barked happily and I opened the door not caring he was off leash. I quickly grabbed my broom out of the umbrella stand and closed and locked the door. I looked at the brochure, seriously? "Hey Aero guess what?" I say looking at his small form, he barks not really paying attention "they say a bus takes us there on the brochure" Aero and I chuckle knowing that there wasn't a bus at all, well Aero kinda chuckles. I shake my head slightly.

Up ahead I see two people. One is on the
Ground while the other is dusting their broom. I sigh, and go to see what their doing, as I get closer, I see a brunette holding the witch academy brochure and scratch my head slightly

"Are you a new student at Luna Nova?" I hear her 'she looks like a chipmunk' I think looking at her, I look at the other one and she looks seriously bored "are you on your way to the orientation?"the chipmunk asks, the bored one just slowly takes the brochure "alright!" The chipmunk squeaks "I was a little apprehensive about going to Luna Nova all by myself, I'm Akko! When I was six years old, I saw a magic show by Shiny Chariot, and becoming a witch has been my dream ever since!" She says with an eye closed like she was aiming at the sky with her hand in the air. Flashes of what Shiny Chariot use to say flash through my mind
