You can't help but worry not seeing your bestfriend, Namjoon in his usual spot in the canteen which is the corner.
He is always earlier than anyone since he wanted that spot all to himself. You would sometimes eat with him whenever your boyfriend, Kim Minseok isn't around.
You sat down at the table where you and Minseok along with his friends, Kai, Baehyun, and Kyungsoo would eat but they weren't here either.
You saw Taehyung and Jungkook run inside the cafeteria with scared looks. They were Namjoon's friends as you wave to them. They run to you as soon as they see you, they were panting hard.
"Oh, what happened?" You asked handing them your water bottle.
"Y/N noona," Jungkook panted.
"It's about Namjoon hyung," Taehyung said out of breath.
"What about him?" you asked worriedly.
"He-he and your boyfriend- hallway" then you understand what they meant and so you run to the hallway where Namjoon's locker is.
Once you found that hallway, your heart drops as you see a big crowd. You jumped as you heard a locker slammed, "YAH! I told you to stay away from her!" you heard Minseok yell.
You quickly push through the crowd and gasped as you saw Kai and Baekhyun holding Namjoon as Kyungsoo punched him while Minseok is just standing there yelling at Namjoon.
"Namjoon!" You yelled as you see blood on the side of his lips, on his forehead, a black eye on his left eye, and his clothes were wrinkled.
You push away Kai and Baehyun as Namjoon held unto you to keep himself from falling. Tears were sliding down your cheeks as you see the state your bestfriend in all because of you.
If you hadn't been a coward and fought back at Minseok when he threatened you to be his girlfriend then your bestfriend wouldn't be like this but no, you are a coward.
"Y/N, what are you doing h-" He coughs out blood as it sprinkled on my white uniform.
"Let go of that jerk, Y/N! I warned him not to go near you but he still did! He deserves that!" Minseok yells.
"He's my best friend! Idiot!" You yelled as you stood up and Taehyung and Jungkook held Namjoon on their shoulders.
"How dare you lay a hand on him!" I punched Minseok as he fell backward. "You mess with him, you mess with both of us." I kicked Kyungsoo in the stomach.
"You think he thinks of you as his bestfriend too?" Minseok laughs, "He likes you, Y/N. He fucking likes you, you blind woman."
"So what? So what if we are in love with each other?!" You yelled.
"W-We?" Minseok stutters.
"Yes. We are in love with each other. It was us until you threatened me to be your girlfriend, you asshole!" Tears roll down your cheeks and you turn around to Namjoon who was being held by Taehyung and Jungkook. Namjoon was passed out already.
"If something bad happens to Namjoon, I swear Kim Minseok..." You glare at him as you signed the boys to follow you.

You cried loudly as you cure your bestfriend's face.
"Aish, jinjja... Ow!" Namjoon says pulling your hand away.
"If you only fought back then this wouldn't have hurt." Then you cried loudly again.
"Yah... you look ugly when you cry, so stop crying." He cupped your face and wiped your tears.
"I don't care. Why didn't you fight back? You saved me from 3 gangsters, what're four students anyway? Huh?" You cried.
"Y/N, I chose not to fight back because they would've been sent to the hospital if I did." He smiles but winces as you applied more medicine to his wound.
"So what? Then now you would've been sent to the hospital, you pabo." You smack his chest.
"It's all worth it. Now I know that you love me too." He cups your face as you feel your heart flutter.
"Y/N, I like you. I fell in love with you ever since you kissed my cheek when I was crying back when we were in 2nd grade. I don't care if you meant what you said earlier but I'll wait... I'll wait for you. I love you, Y/N." He kissed you as you kissed back.
The kiss went on for a good 10 seconds, "I'll take that as an 'I like you too'." I chuckle as he kisses me again.
