This bitch was on her phone right? So she like tried to cut in front of me and my dad when it wasn't her turn. But my dad was like 'Nuh-uh boo boo' so he rolled down the window and was talking to her. She said, "Oh I was gonna let you through." And my dad said, "Put the phone down and drive!" So she said, "Fine be a dick!" She pulled ahead of us, then opened the door and stuck her middle finger out, then put her arm in and closed the door and drove to the ramp onto the highway. But before she did my dad was like "Oh you can't get away, thank you traffic." So he took a picture of her license plate and is currently going to the police after he dropped me off.
Who was at fault here?
