Girls day out

Sara was finally able to relax from the hectic day ,after putting anaya to bed she was laying on the bed , she decided to call ayesha ,she needed to tell her that she should'nt get any ideas about her and Samar as she was not even thinking about marrying  him and she was going to move out soon .
"assalamualaikum Ayesha " said sara curious of the noises coming from the other side of the phone
"walaikumassalam" said Ayesha in a amused tone
"where are my socks ,Ayesha ,i am getting late for work , i promise i won't do it again ,just tell me where they are" sara heard Ahmed's voice in the back "i can call back later if you are busy" Said sara thinking she must have called at the wrong time
"oh noo ,its ok why did you call? its just Ahmed "replied Ayesha nonchalantly
but sara could still hear Ahmed's impatient voice. sara decided to cut the phone call but then she heard Ayesha saying
"they are in the fridge and please remember next time i won't let you go so easily,now go and let me talk to sara in peace "
"you put Ahmed's socks in fridge" exclaimed Sara not believing her ears
"its just that sara ,ever since Ahmed and I got married i have  been telling him to put his dirty socks and wet towels in  the wash basket but he didn't listen ,so as i was tired of doing it every time for him ,so I decided to teach him a lesson "
"Ayesha you are crazy " said sara between the laugh
"if you think i am crazy then you should meet my cousins ,they give me run for my money ,speaking of  my cousins they are coming tomorrow to meet me and we are going out ,just us girls ,and you are coming too"
thinking of the last outing she did with Ayesha sara politely declined but Ayesha was not going to budge so she persuaded her into coming.
"So it will be just you and your cousins and there will no unexpected visitors right?"conformed sara not wanting to fall in to trap of another of Ayesha's matchmaking  plan
"yeah ,i promise " said Ayesha
"oh and sara i have told aneesa aunty she is going totake care of anaya tomorrow ,when you will be with us" without even waiting for her reply Ayesha hanged up the phone as she knew sara will definitely say no if she would have  told Sara that  they will be leaving anaya at home ,so she had told Aneesa aunty earlier to persuade sara into coming ,and Ayesha very well knew Aneesa aunty will do it

Sara couldn't do much as Ayesha and her dear mother had decided to gang up against her ,she had to give in and let anaya stay at home with her mom while she goes out with Ayesha and her cousins. honestly,she was an introvert and she was damn nervous today and she doesn't like mingling with new people,it was a miracle that she hit it off so quickly with Ayesha and if her cousins were anything like her then sara knew it wouldn't be a problem for her as in Ayesha's company one doesn't need to talk much she pretty much can keep the conversation alone .
she got ready ,finally after much reluctance she left the house and reached the place where they  had decided to meet ,it was a cool place ,sara would give Ayesha that credit ,it has recently opened and was already a famous hangout place in the city with its delicious food and had good ambiance

Sara spotted Ayesha sitting with two women in hijab, she quickly made her way towards them .greeting them she sat down,within five minutes all her anxiousness was gone as Ayesha's cousins Mahra and fiza were so easy to talk to ,talking to them she got to know that Mahra was married and have two sons named zaid and saum and fiza was pursuing a medical degree , she honestly was having a great time ,sara doesn't remember the last time she went out like this without Anaya ,even when she was felling guilty for leaving Anaya at home she felt good ,like for just once she was acting like someone of her age . she was glad Ayesha invited her today
Sara eyes popped out when she heard Ayesha ordering their food
"Ayesha you don't need to order for everyone in the hotel ,and whats up with the junk food"sara joked conscious of amount of french fries and burger Ayesha had ordered
"well can't you see i am pregnant ,beside do you know how hard it is to find a chance to eat junk food without your husband telling you of its health hazard and how it is going to ruin my body "
"well this is what you get when you marry a doctor,Ayesha"Mahra jokingly mocked
"hey ,not all of us are same" said fiza looking mock offended
As they continued their banter ,Sara was worrying about anaya ,it was the first time she had left her alone and she hoped that Anaya was not bothering  her mother too much ,she had told her mother to give a call incase Anaya give her a hard time ,by far she had not gotten any call ,and Sara hoped she doesn't get any for the remaining time also .
