Tris POV:

Tobias walks out.

"Ms. Prior?"

"Yes Doc."

"Look at my this."

He hands me a piece of paper.

I read it aloud.

"Andrew Prior, Children: Beatrice Peyton Prior...I'm Beatrice Peyton Prior. I am her. That's me." I say.

He nods.

"We had to let you grow in someone else's hand. We never meant any harm--" I cut him off by hugging him and he hugs back.

"I forgive you. I just wanted a father and the last few years have been pretty rough. I have seen you around multiple times. Remember Crystal?"

"I could never forget."

"See? You know everything."

"I do."

"Where's mom?"

As if on cue a nurse walks in.

"Have you told her yet?" she asks.

"Yes. Tris, this is Natalie Prior, your mother." He says.

She hugs me.

"You know three words that I've always wanted to say since those foster parents left me?" I ask them.

"What?" They ask.

"Mom and Dad."

My mom and dad start tearing up.

"Do you want to come over for dinner Friday?" I ask them. They nod. I give them my address.

"We will tell them Friday night." I say.

They hug me one last time and I walk out.

"What happened?" Tobias asks me.

"Oh they were just, you know, checking me." I say.

He looks at me and I know he knows that I am lying.

-----------------------------

At my house it's only me and Tobias.

He goes in the kitchen to make me some soup and I go to take a shower. I put the the hot water on and memories from the dream come flooding back.

"Do you know this girl?" A man asks Tobias.

"Nope." Tobias replies.

"Are you sure?"

"Look Mister I have never seen this girl in my life."

He nods and pulls out a gun.

"Tobias! Help me! Please! Tobias!"

The gun goes off.

I come back to reality.

"Tris!" Tobias yells.

He wraps a towel around me and picks me up bridal style. He then sits down with my head on his chest.

Tears are streaming down my face.

"It's ok. Your safe. It's ok."

I silently sob in his shirt.

He caresses my head and then kisses my forehead.

He sets me down and walks to the kitchen. I put on my fuzzy zebra pajama pants and a black T-shirt. I walk to the kitchen and Is ee the most hilarious thing ever.
