"Yoooo." I called out while dapping up Trey.

"What's good witcha'?" Trey handed me a cup and took a seat on one of the chairs on his backyard patio.

I suspiciously looked down at the cup, taking a quick sniff I wrinkled my nose at the strong smell. After last night, I don't think I'll be drinking alcohol in a while.

Shaking my head, I sat in one of the patio chairs. Making sure to put the drink down beside my foot.

"Nigga it's not even 3 in the afternoon and you already tryna' get me drunk."

Trey chuckled and took a swing of his drink. "Based on how your life going, I would think you would've wanted a drink."

Sighing I thought of all the shit going on in my life. From the baby to my dad kicking me out. Even the thought of Jhene passed through my mind.

Luckily my aunt was chill enough to let me stay at her house until I somehow convince my dad to let me come back. If he didn't let me back in, who knows where I'll be able to stay.

"Liquor is the last thing I need."

Trey chuckled and shook his head. "As ya only friend I'm going to be honest. Your life been hell for the past couple of months."

I glanced at Trey and noticed his serious facial expression. I couldn't help but agree with him, not one thing positive has happened yet.

Rubbing my hand down my face, I leaned back in my chair and crossed my arms. "I don't know what to do anymore man."

Beside me I felt Trey lean over and give me a reassuring shoulder squeeze. "Just keep ya head up. Word to Tupac." He joked.

I couldn't help but let a chuckle escape. No matter how serious the conversation is, this man will always find a way to slide a joke in.

"Trey!" a female voice called from inside the house.

"Yo?"

A second later, the back door slid open and out stepped Trey's older sister. Tamia.

Every nigga in the city had a crush on fine ass Tamia, shit I was even crushing at one point in time. Standing at 5'6 with thighs and hips outta this world, Tamia has a body of every instagram model. Smooth chocolate skin and hair that stayed done, Tamia was pretty much untouchable. Especially with Trey's overprotective ass making sure nobody, and I mean nobody had a chance with his sister.

"You didn't hear me ringing the door bell?" Tamia questioned while rolling her light brown eyes

"You didn't hear me ringing the door bell?" Tamia questioned while rolling her light brown eyes.

Trey rolled his eyes mocking his sister. "Obviously not if I didn't open the door. You have a key, fuck I need to open the door for?"

"I needed help with my bags, lazy ass."

Tamia eyes finally looked in my direction and she smiled bright. Looking me up and down, she walked over to me with her slender arms opened.

Standing up I wrapped my arms around her tiny waist and embraced her back. Hearing Trey throat clear, I chuckled and broke the hug.

"Wow I haven't seen you in a minute Sean."

I nodded my head in agreement. Every since she went off to college two years ago, I haven't seen Tamia in about a year almost.

"I heard you was doing big shit in college." I joked while dusting off her pink and green sorority jacket.

Playfully Tamia popped her imaginary collar and did a 2000's pose. "Well ya knowww.."

Behind her I heard Trey gag, making us laugh." Ewww nigga. Sean please stop boosting her cornball ass."

"If you ain't got haters you ain't popping!" Me and Tamia rapped out while holding our twos in the air.

"First of all...outta all people, why the fuck would I hate on ya'll?" Trey questioned while tilting his head.

"Because. Yous a hoe!" Tamia laughed out while running back in the house.

Shaking my head at her, I looked at Trey noticing his hand was over his heart and his hurt expression.

"I'm..a hoe?"

Laughing I pulled Trey up out his seat and lightly patted his face. "Don't act so shocked. We all know you a hoe bruh. A dumb hoe at that."

Shrugging out his pretend shock state, he nodded in agreement. "You somewhat right."

After spending most of the day with Trey and Tamia, I was now sitting in my car with no moves. A party was definitely out the question, I could call up one of my new hoes but that ain't gonna lead to anything good but a nut.

Sighing I grabbed my phone and dialed the first number to pop up in my mind.

"Hello?"

The sound of her soft voice gave me chills.

"Hey Jhene."

"Sean?"

I rubbed the back of neck in nervousness. In all realness I have no idea why I automatically dialed her number.

"Yeah it's me."

It was a paused moment filled with silence.

"Wassup?"

I almost sighed in relief as she didn't hang up on my ass.

"I just wanted to call and se— "

I was cut off my the sound of a deep male voice in the background.

"Yoooo Jhene, we waiting you."

I heard Jhene let out a sigh. "Hey, it was nice of you to call but I gotta go now. Bye."

And with that the call ended.

Before I could put my phone up, I felt an vibration indicating a text.

India: Come over. I'm hungry 🍆💦

As I looked over the text I weighed any other option. Shrugging my shoulders I sent a quick reply back.
