DTBY Comedy Bar Taping
"Cut!" Direk Aireen's voice can be heard over the sound system inside the bar.
"Umm, Alden, Maine, lapat lang ng lips nyo, no other movements ok? We're taking head shots."
Alden and Maine are about to shoot the 'kiss' that will be a turning point of the story. There shouldn't be any emotion but surprise that the kiss even happened.
"Ready to roll, quiet please, ACTION!"
Alden and Maine kissed again. Both of their hands are at the back.
"Cut! Alden, wag mong ipasok ang lower lip ni Maine sa bibig mo! It should be a so-so kiss lang!"
Everyone broke out laughing! 'Nganaman! I-true to life ba? Maine pinched his burger because everyone's teasing them.
"Umm, direk, pwede bang hawakan ko sya sa waist kasi naa-out of balance kami dahil pareho kaming nakapikit. Dayain na lang ang mga kamay." Alden's request came not as a surprise. Mahirap nga naman kasi.
"Alden, wag mong idiin kasi, soft lang." Maine whispered.
"Eh kasi nakakagigil eh, you know how I hate this almost-kiss, parang tini-tease lang ako, haaaay!"
"Shot pa more! Kulit mo eh."
"Woshoo, gusto mo naman tipsy ako eh."
"Hay nako! Basta maayos lang sa trabaho. Kanina pa sabi ni direk wag mong higupin lips ko! Ang kulet, paulit ulit talaga??"
"Ay, ikaw din kaya? Pano ko mahigop yan kung di nakabuka lips mo? And, di lang ako humihigop, uy!"
"Wag ka nga, pero utang na loob, andaming tao and trabaho 'to so can we please do this right?!"
"We can mix business with pleasure, Maine." Wiggling his brows. They were suddenly interrupted by direk's voice.
"Ok, everybody ready? In 3, 2, 1 ACTION!"
They kissed again, this time, Alden was holding Maine's waist. He pulled her to him and as their lips met, he slowly leaned towards her making her arch her back and hold him around his waist. They didn't hear the director say cut so they continued kissing and got carried away.
Everyone was so quiet, you can hear a pin drop!
"CUT!!! Punyeta ang init, sinong pumatay ng aircon?"
Everyone laughed at what direk said over the mic. Alden & Maine hugged each other, obviously still recovering from the scene, he's whispering something in Maine's ear making her laugh and cover her face.
At the tech booth, Direk Aireen's assistant is shaking his head. Telling direk they have nothing since the kisses they shot are far from innocent.
"Umm, dayain na lang natin, pwede siguro i-dim ang ilaw para di masyadong kita ang kagatan ng labi." She suggested. Then turned her attention back to the couple onstage.
"Alden & Maine, okay na ba kayo? Headshot na kunan natin."
They both gave direk a thumbs up.
"Ready, ACTION!"
"Jusmiyo mahabagin, Alden!!! NO TONGUE!"
