The Coffee Shop (Part 2)

A/N: So I watched the new episode of Cardfight!! Vanguard G NEXT and Takuto's brother is named Nome and not Nomu. God... By the way, there is no such person named Kourin Tatsunagi on the series so I guess I have to stop hoping she would come back. But I won't. If she ever did I'd be so happy because she's my waifu and- okay, I have to stop. Let's move on with the new part of our story!

The next day came fast for Aichi, he was excited on knowing who that blonde woman he met the previous day. And he wants to know her, so he woke up early to prepare himself. He had quickly done his morning routines and all.

Aichi went to the coffee shop as early as possible. He saw Kai and Miwa already doing their jobs. Aichi greeted them.

"Good morning Kai-kun and Miwa-kun!" He said.

"Yo," Kai replied and just looked at Aichi.

Miwa then grinned, "You're early, Aichi. Or you're here as a costumer?"

"Ah, I'm here as a costumer. I have to wait for someone here," Aichi replied and chuckled nervously.

Miwa then smirked as he looked at Kai, "Who's that someone, Kai?"

"A woman," Kai said as he wiped the counter.

Miwa then whistled and only smiled as he continued displaying various desserts on the display.

Aichi then sat on one of the tables as he waited for that person. Then, Miwa went to Aichi with a tray on his hand.

"Since you're waiting, let me serve you a chocolate cake and a hot coffee." Miwa told Aichi.

Aichi then got overwhelmed by Miwa's actions, "Ah you don't have to!"

"Come on, just take it! You can pay for it later since Misaki might get mad." Miwa said.

Aichi then nodded and Miwa left him.

An hour passed and there are many costumers, it went to the part where the only available seat is the one next to Aichi.

Aichi waited until he saw the blonde woman come inside the shop. His eyes widened when she smiled as she looked at her phone. The blonde then went to the counter and ordered.

The blonde then was looking for a seat, Aichi hoped that she would notice the empty seat beside him.

And it did happen.

The blonde looked at Aichi and went near him, "Excuse me? Is this seat available?" she asked.

"Yes of course!" Aichi quickly replied and smiled at her.

The blonde nodded and sat beside him, it was quite silent for them. Aichi would take glances at her and he would notice how she types on her phone with sometimes a scowl on her face, and at other times a small smile.

She noticed Aichi though, and looked back at him. Aichi quickly glanced away.

"What is it?" She asked.

"No, it's nothing... by the way, do you remember me?" Aichi replied and looked at her once again.

The blonde then stared at Aichi before realizing who he is and she spoke. "I know you, you're the guy from the counter. Wait, aren't you supposed to be at your shift?"

"No, my shift is later on." Aichi said, "By the way, I'm Aichi Sendou."

"Nice to meet you, I'm Kourin Tatsunagi." Kourin said.

Aichi gave a smile at her and Kourin blushed, she looked back at her phone. Aichi then chuckles because he noticed the blush, he only smirked as he take some glances at her.

"So Aichi's waiting for her, huh." Miwa said from a distance as he watched Aichi and Kourin.

Kai only nodded and continued to take some cakes from the display.

'Good luck, Aichi.' Kai thought as he looked at Aichi.

"The way you're looking at me, it's quite creepy." Kourin said as she looked at Aichi.

"Um... I'm sorry." Aichi apologized.

Kourin then smiled back at Aichi, "Don't worry, I know I can tell that you have a crush on me."

"W-wait what?!" Aichi freaked out and blushed hardly, his heart suddenly beats fast.

Kourin laughed, "I'm just kidding." Then she noticed how Aichi reacted as if he got exposed. She wondered.

"Say, is it true?" Kourin asked.

Aichi blinked, "W-what?"

"About what I said earlier," she replied.

Aichi nodded, he can't believe that he got easily exposed by his weird actions. He felt quite ashamed.

"It's okay, I can tell that you're a nice person, Sendou. I hope I can be friends with you." Kourin told him.

Aichi sighed in relief and he returned the smiled, he then thought of an idea. "Hey, do you want some cake? I can pay for it."

"You don't have to, Sendou." Kourin replied.

"It's okay, Kourin-san. It's my treat. By the way, just call me Aichi." Aichi stated and winked at her.

Kourin blushed once again and she pouted, "S-sure! Just don't buy too much, okay? A-also my favorite is blueberry."

"Ah yes, I know. You told me yesterday."

"I-idiot!" Kourin blushed harder and Aichi chuckled under his breath. Then he proceeded to buy the cake.

'At least, I can get to know her and become friends with her.' Aichi thought to himself and gave a glance at Kourin as she was looking at the window.

'Yeah, I'm really glad.'
