Ever since Aichi and Kourin became lovers, Kourin noticed something weird about Aichi. She noticed how Aichi somehow became overprotective of her, but she isn't sure. When she was talking to other people, even to Misaki, whenever she takes a glance to the blunette she saw him glaring, but she thought maybe she was just seeing things.

When Kourin was being hit by her fanboys, Aichi interrupted them by a deadly glare and he sneered at them. She asked Aichi what was wrong with him, and he did answer.

"I don't want anyone to take you away from me," He said.

Kourin thought that maybe he was just being sweet. But when she looked at him again, he looks different than he is.

And there was this one time when Kourin started to talk to Kai when they were at Card Capital, Aichi was glaring, but not to her, but to his best friend Kai. Kai glanced back to Aichi in which suddenly his expression changed to his usual goofy smile.

What exactly happened to Aichi? She asked herself at times.

Aichi was talking with Naoki, and he noticed how Kourin was playing against Shingo. He glanced at Kourin then to Shingo before looking back to Naoki. He sighed in relief. 'There's nothing wrong...' He thought.

"Aichi? Can I talk to you for a second?" Misaki went to him and Aichi looked at her.

"Um... sure, Misaki-san..." Aichi nodded.

Misaki stared at him for a few seconds before speaking. "Kourin told me you keep on glaring to everyone she speaks to, and I saw you became angry to her fanboys, which you usually don't do. What happened?"

Aichi got shocked, he didn't realize he's become that angry. He must've lost his own control of his feelings.

"Uh..." Aichi looked around before answering, "I-It's... because they kept on hitting Kourin..."

"Oh," Misaki looked at him, "Well, that's what a boyfriend should do, don't they?"

Aichi blushed and looked away. "Y-yeah..."

As Misaki left to fight with Naoki, Aichi took his gaze to Kourin. He smiled at her, and Kourin smiled back. Aichi gave her a sign that they should go out, and as they did they went to an empty classroom and sat together.

"What is it, Aichi?" Kourin asked.

Aichi chuckled, "You're just cute, Kourin."

Kourin blushed at his compliment and she looked away, "...idiot."

Kourin then remembered about Aichi's actions, she glanced back and saw him smiling as he played with her hair.

"Heh... Your hair is so soft..." Aichi said with his low voice. "I want a lock of it..." He muttered the last sentence, but Kourin did hear what he said, she felt her body tremble.

"Kourin, do you know why I love you?" Aichi whispered as he leaned close to her.

"Um... w-why?"

"You're so cute, so beautiful... I fell in love with you and I thought to myself on how much you care for me, you're so nice and thoughtful. You helped me through my hard times, now it's my turn for helping you. I will help you and protect you."

Kourin blushed harder, she never thought that Aichi can be this of a sweet guy. But Kourin looked at his eyes, and she noticed it became dark.

"Kourin, can I say something?" Aichi asked.

"Sure," Kourin agreed.

Aichi touched her face and ran his fingers on her lips.

"Please don't talk to any other guys than me." Aichi said clearly and seriously.

Kourin's eyes widened and she backed away from Aichi a bit. "Why? Why won't you let me?"

Aichi sighed, "Because, if you do, there'd be a chance they'll take you away from me. And I don't want that to happen."

"But Aichi! That's not going to happen! I won't let anyone take me from you, and that's what we promised! But that doesn't mean you should-"

"Of course you won't agree... It's needed for you since you have work and such." Aichi looked down, "I just... don't want you to leave me... I just can't bear seeing you with other people, it- it pains me. I always have this feeling that you'll be taken away if I ever take my eyes off of you."

"Is that why you were glaring at Kai?"

Aichi slightly smiled, "Yeah... I was thinking he'd steal you. I feel quite bad for giving a bad look to him, considering he's my best friend and my brother figure."

Kourin then started to giggle, which made Aichi confused. "W-what?"

"No, it's just.." Kourin tried to stop her laughter, "I-I can't believe you'd be this jealous!"

"S-so... I was jealous?" Aichi was even more confused.

"Yeah, and you're quite intimidating."

"Wow... I didn't know I'd be that jealous..." Aichi pouted cutely, Kourin embraced him.

"Aichi, you're too cute."

"I should be saying that to you, Kourin."

Kourin just giggled, "I love you."

"I love you too," Aichi replied. "Now please don't talk to other people, okay?"

"Hey!" Kourin slapped him lightly on his face, Aichi laughed.

"I'm just kidding!" Aichi pulled her close and embraced her, kissing her forehead. He smirked.

'But I'm serious... I'll do anything to make you only look and talk to me.'
