ARA'S POV
Andito na ako sa bahay at wala pa si papa, si Kian naman nasa kanyang kwarto.
I'm waiting for papa to give him the invitation that was handed to me earlier.
"Ma'am Ara, andito na po ang papa niyo." Sabi ni Fae.
"Sige Fae." Tumayo ako at kinuha na ang invitation na nakalapag sa lamesa para maibigay ko kaagad kay papa pag pasok niya sa bahay.
"Hija." Bati sakin ni papa.
"Hi Pa, invited po tayo sa kasal ni Ate Belle, kapatid nila Ten."
"Oh right, the Perezs." Sabi ni papa habang binabasa ang invitation na inabot ko sakanya.
"Its next month, did you already prepare your attire?" Dagdag ni papa.
"Not yet Pa, magpapasama nalang ako kay Devon." Sabi ko.
"Alright, and about your trip to Spain?" Tanong ni Papa.
"Right, I already booked my ticket Pa, tsaka di daw po makakasama si Kian kasi pinapapunta siya ng mama niya abroad para bisitahin siya." Sabi ko.
"Right right, I've heard, and I'm also sorry dear but I can't accompany you papunta dun because I need to handle business here."
"No, it's okay Pa."
"But I'll still go there to celebrate Christmas with the family there.. Who will accompany you then? Since you don't know Spain yet?"
"Hopefully Pa, si Chase if wala siyang plano."
"Sige, you ask him alright? Then inform me."
"Okay pa, you should rest, you look tired."
"You should also rest Ara."
"Sige Pa."
Umakyat na ako sa kwarto para nga makapagpahinga.
I checked my phone.
[Devon: Hi Ara! Huy invited din ako sa wedding ni Belle, pagdating ko dyan sabay na tayo magpagawa ng gown ha?]
[Reply: Sige sige, inform me if dadating ka na]
[Chase: hi]
[Reply: hi Chase, school tomorrow? I have something to tell you.]
[Chase: what is it? Just tell me you're making me nervous.]
[Reply: silly, you don't have to be nervous it's not what you think]
[Chase: how do you know what I think?]
[Reply: because I also know that it's a stereotype when you want to break up with someone]
[Chase: you're so witty I think I'm in love. Sige, see you at school then, sleep already, it's late, I love you, goodnight.]
[Ara: sira ka talaga haha, alright, see you tomorrow, tulog ka na rin, ilyt.]
