The French Fry Situation

(Olivia is getting impatient! She ordered fries and they keep giving her the wrong order. This is her talking to the manager after 30 minutes of this annoyingness!)
Olivia:
Yes you can help me! I've been here for a million years waiting for my fries! I ordered just plain French fries! They first gave me fries with ketchup right on it! Like even if I wanted ketchup they shoulda let me put it on myself! Then I said I asked for plain! And do you know what they did! They took a spoon and scooped the ketchup off them! Like what the hell!? Can't they just make me a new batch! So I said I wanted a new batch! They lady was so rude she made an annoyed sound! But she did make a new batch! But they were freaken burnt! I thought you guys just heat up frozen ones or something! So I demanded a new batch! But they gave me.... ready..... COLD FRIES! That's just mean! No one likes cold fries! So I yelled to talk to the manager! And here I am now! So I'm telling you! No... Demanding you to make me plain, warm, not burnt fries!!
