Mikah
It was almost 11 in the morning when I woke up. I was in my bedroom and didn't wanna get up. I started to smell some food so I hopped my happy ass up.
I went downstairs and saw everyone but Cameron. I took my seat and Kamiya put a plate in front of me.
"Wassup y'all?" I said.
Kamiya didn't speak to me and Jamila nodded towards me.
"Ma you ain't talking to me?" I asked Kamiya
"Huh?" She asked
I was about to speak but Cameron walked into the kitchen with the boys. He sat them in their high chair and sat beside Kamiya.
"Good morning." Cameron said
"Good morning cam." Kamiya said
"Oh he get a good morning but I don't? That's fucked up." I said
I got up from the table and walked out the kitchen. She doesn't have any reason to be ignoring me. I didn't do anything wrong. I feel my leg start to shake and then a tear fall down my face. Sometimes I hate the fact that I'm so attached to her but it's something I can't help.
"Mikah come here." I heard her say.
I got off the couch and walked to her. She pulled me into a hug and I stopped crying.
"I wasn't mad at you. I just didn't hear what you said." She said
"Okay." I said wiping my face.
We walked back into the kitchen and sat down.
"How you go from Mr. I get pussy to lil imma cry cause Kamiya ignore me?" Cameron asked.
Kamiya slapped him upside his head and he grabbed where she slapped him.
"You shut the fuck up and leave him alone. You were crying when I ignored you." Kamiya said
"That's different." Cam said
"Mikah can I talk to you?" I heard Jamila say.
I nodded and got my plate of food and followed her out the kitchen while they bickered. She left me to the back porch. We sat at the table and I looked at her.
"So are you and that girl a thing?" She asked
"No we were just fucking." I said
"Do you think that if I would had let you take my virginity you would love me more?" She asked
"Jamila I didn't wanna take your virginity because I love you too much. I knew you weren't ready to lose it so I wasn't going to rush you." I said
"Do you still love me?" She asked
"Of course." I said
"Okay." She said
She started staring out into the yard and I watched her. She was so perfect to me. I've never seen a girl as beautiful as mine.
Cameron
"So my dad killed Monica." I said
"What? When?" Kamiya asked
"Couple days ago." I said
"Why do you sound sad?" She asked
"Because my dad in a depression now. Apparently he still was in love with her. He didn't wanna get rid of her but she was way out of line. That rape shit pushed him over the edge. He loves y'all as his daughters and he didn't want her to continue doing what she was doing." I said
