It's been one week since I've came back and the war has stopped. Mr Alpha won't stop following me even though I told him not to,he'll just say
"It's for your safety"
My Ass!! It attracts way more attention than when I was alone and that was enough attention!Ughhh!
I went to the kitchen only to find everyone and I mean everyone looking at me seriously.
"What?"-I asked
"Ray, take a seat."-Lucas said softly,
" What is this about?Why is everyone here?"-I asked, as I took a seat opposite Lucas
"I need your team to do a mission for me."-Lucas stated
"Mission?During a mission?"-I asked,concerned
"I know that hardly happens but this is a special case since I think you can use this time to take a break."-Lucas calmly says
"Are you kidding me?It's just what I needed!I've had enough sitting around doing nothing but protect the alpha that has been following me around like a fucking stalker."-I ranted
"It's for your safety, I'm worried about you!"-Nick defended
"Well, I don't need you to worry.I'm the top assassin for a reason.Besides, I have my team.That's more than enough.Anyway what's the mission?"-I asked, focusing on the topic
"Right, It's a target call Jeremy 'Chris.Handling of drugs and sex-slaves,he's now at Japan.Should be easy for you to slip in due to the reputation you have there,you have 3 months to complete this mission, once you're done,feel free to stay there to relax.'-Lucas briefed as he handed us the file
"On it.Team, we're leaving tomorrow night.Micheal book the tickets.'-I commanded, receiving nods
"No.You're not going anywhere."-Nick interjects
"Look Mr Alpha, I have no time to handle this, I have a mission to complete and I have no time to entertain you'-I sighed, folded my arms to prevent them from hitting him
"Why not bring him along?"-Lucas suggested
"HUH?!NO,he will be in the way."-I shot back
"Then you're not going."-Nick reasoned
"You have no rights to stop me."-I said
"But I have rights to command you."-Lucas said smugly
"This is not fair,you're ganging up on me."-I pouted,only to have Lucas ruffle my hair
"Haha. Anyway just bring him along with anyone that wants to go.It is your duty to protect him."-Lucas reasoned
" Fine. Who else?"-I said, giving up at this point
"ME!"-Lucifer exclaimed
"I'm coming along"-Nicolas stated
"Me too."- Jake chimed
"Anymore?"-I asked, annoyed
"We would go if we could but if Nick is going we have to stay with the Pack."-Glen said
"Great,Go pack,we're leaving at 6pm for the 8pm flight."-I announced as I looked at the laptop containing the plane details
"Got it"-Everyone replied
