Ch.3 New Friends? And More Help

Start from the beginning

"He brought it back!" She yelled excitedly getting everybody's attention. Zac smiled as he saw his daughter playing with the little puppy and someone who wasn't him.

It usually wasn't hard for Y/N to make friends but, it was hard for her to keep them. For three big reasons. One, she can't remember them. Two, those kids didn't want to be friends with someone who didn't remember them. And three, she's home schooled.

Lauren smiled at the younger who was playing with the puppy once again but not with the ball.

"Pumpkin are you hungry?" Zac asked as he walked up to the little girl as she was on her hands and knees trying to copy the small puppy. She looked up slightly confused.

"Hungry? Food?" She said slowing standing up. Zac smiled and nodded. "Yes!" The younger one said clapping her hands excitedly. He chuckled looking at the girl who was behind his little girl.

"Lauren you hungry too? Come on your day is done with the burgers." He said as he took a hold of his little girls hand.

"Come on! Food!" She said as she dragged him the opposite way where he food was. He chuckled and shook his lightly pulling her back. "Wrong way pumpkin." She smiled up at him. "Where we going daddy?" He smiled. "To go get some burgers and some fries."

Lauren couldn't help but feel pain in her heart. How would Y/N remember someone she just met? Let alone that someone who would leave in three weeks. Then it dawned on Lauren. She would be leaving for tour with her three band mates in three weeks.

"Are you not coming?" Lauren was so into thought that she didn't hear the younger girl and Zac talking about her. She then felt a warm small hand take hers. She slightly looked up to see the beautiful blue eyes. "I-I yes I'm g-going." Lauren said trying not to stutter but failing.

"Lauren can I talk to you for a second? If you don't mind." Lauren smiled as she saw Y/N playing with the puppy, once again. She looked up to see Zac looking down at her. She nodded. "Yea, of course." She got up from where she was sitting and followed Zac that lead her into the kitchen where it was empty.

"Um I know this might sound weird but it seems that my daughter really likes you and you somehow trigger something in her brain to start remembering things. I was just hoping if you could help. I know you are on your break from the thing you do and I was- I'd be happy to help her." Lauren smiled at the bigger guy, looked at her somewhat shocked that she agreed.

"Really I mean you don't have- Mr.Blake I would love to help Y/N in any way possible." She smiled at Zac. He smiled and nodded. "Thank you."

"Zac! Zac..Y/N. She needs you." Clara came running into the house, out of breath. Zac's smile quickly faded and ran out the house into the back yard to see the younger in tears and the younger Jauregui trying to calm her down which was not working.

"I-I w-wa-Daddy!" She quickly got up from she was sat and ran to her dad, who met her half way. "It's okay baby girl I'm here." He picker her up and looked at Mike.

"Thank you for having us but I think is best we leave. Thank you once again." Mike smiled sadly and now nodded. "You're always welcome here." Zac smiled and nodded.

"I could come by tomorrow, if you want." Lauren said as she looked worriedly at the young blue eyed girl, who currently had her face buried into her fathers neck. Zac nodded once again and thanking Lauren as he left caring his little girl, who was now softly crying.

Lauren kept her gaze on the door as she couldn't help but to feel really worried for the younger girl. It was only two days since she met the girl and she had already felt so attached to the younger and not to mention she had already developed feelings as well.

"Pumpkin you're going to have to go a couple hours with out me. You'll just remember that I'll always be here for you." Zac said to his little girl as he laid her down on her bed, once they got home.

"I will try." The blue eyed girl said looking up at her dad, as he tucked her in. "That's all I ask. You're doing so much better. You remembered Lauren and it usually takes you up to a year to remember someone you just met. I'm so proud." Zac smiled down at Y/N.

The younger girl smiled up at her dad at the mention of the green eyed girl. "Green? Her eyes are green. I like the color green." She smiled excitedly, Zac chuckled at the little ones excitement. For some reason it wasn't hard for he little one to forget he green eyed girl. Maybe it was because she's beautiful or maybe because her eyes are green. And the little one loves the color green.

"She is beautiful. Yes." She smiled as she closed her eyes. Zac smiled kissing the younger ones forehead. "She is. Now get some sleep." Y/N nodded already half asleep with a small smile on her face.

"I think you're falling in love and you don't even know it yet." Zac whispered to his little girl who was already asleep.

"I love you baby girl." Kissing the top of her head once again.
