Both of them jumped back from each other, clearly shocked. Boruto quickly shook it off, however, as he was expecting to see the ravenette today. Sarada was confused, to say the least. Why was Boruto here? Shouldn't he still be in New York? Or at home?
"H-hey! I'm glad I found you." Boruto spoke first.
"... what are you doing here?" Sarada asked, her voice quieter than usual.
"I- uh, wanted to see you!" He got out, looking anywhere but her direction.
"Oh.. thank you?" Sarada said.
"Heh.." Boruto scratched the back of his head as the two stood in awkward silence.
Sarada opened her mouth to speak again, but the sight of her parents walking towards them stopped her. Boruto greeted her mother and father, explaining that he had come with them. The three then set out to their hotel as Sarada slowly walked back towards her dorm, where she needed to finish packing her things.
