another coping skill that I've been up to lately is carrying stress toys with me...

Sometimes you just get so anxious and fidgety that you don't know what to do with yourself.. well here's one that's school friendly or anywhere public really. 

There are many different types of stress toys, like my personal favorite is a little yellow ball with a happy face on it. Literally just go on Wish or Google and type in stress toys (or on Wish, just stress) and you'll find cheap toys that will help you get rid of that stress!
